Also, an unsympathetic service who acknowledges that the customer is not satisfied but it’s unwilling to do anything about it. Not recommended for families with kids.

I have revisited classic burger in Moncton and was served by a young lady by the name of Sarah, there was actually a mistake made on my bill but she was so courteous and so compassionate and apologized so many times
She provided me with absolutely the best service that I have ever received what a phenomenal young waitress.
If you visit classic burger ask for Sarah

The food is always enjoyable, lots of options. I dont think that there is kid menu though. When I go we like to sit outside (summer months) which has a open view of the peticodiac river, sometimes you can catch the tidal bore rolling in. Inside is simular to a sports bar. Servers are friendly but the service the 4 times I have gone, was a little iffy. (being forgotten about outside, waiting unusually long for a straw, others who came after me being served first ) No biggie, I'll still go back for the food and location.
We loved the experience! Food was great! Our server was fantastic and super fun. Made our celebration all the better.

First time ever comng here. Parking is a little tight not much room definitely a place to park elsewhere and walk to. As soon as we walked in the door we where almost immediately seated very politely may I add. The menu is very well organized however if your a indecisive person the menu might be a little much for you but if your someone who likes options its excellent. Within 7 or 8 minutes of ordering we got our food literally some of the fastest service I've ever gotten in a sit in! Not only us we where looking around people where getting their food incredibly fast! The food was amazing! I got the hickery bacon with poutine, my girlfriend got double bacon smash burger with fries and everything was phenomenal. The inside was clean and open, there was entertainment (sports) on most walls so everyone who wnated to see could. There is outdoor dinning however do to the wind we chose inside however we got a window seat to the deck and its a really nice view of riverveiw. I would 100% suggest this place to anyone with a pulse
