Was very disappointed with the quality. It doesn't taste anything like it used to.
I have eaten here several times and the chicken is always good and I never have to wait very long for my order but their customer service leaves a little to be desired. There was never a please or thank you, hardly a word is spoken.. Long gone are the days of customer service being as important as the product.

Excellent food - generous portions without using French fries as fillers.

Service was very good. Chicken was pretty good as well. They sure load up on the fries.
Good stop for lunch.

Paid $16 for a chicken fillet combo, received, hard breaded stringy chicken. Absolute waste of money and a disappointment.

It was fine, not sure I'd make the 3 hour drive JUST for this. Chicken was tasty, fries were fine, the rolls and gravy were really good, coleslaw with green pepper was a new thing for me, it wasn't bad, but it was odd.

Hello
Thank you for reaching out regarding my recent review. I would like to clarify that our visit to Dixie Lee was, overall, a pleasant experience in terms of hospitality we were warmly welcomed by the lady at the counter, which we greatly appreciated.
Our order, which amounted to approximately $175, took over 45 minutes to be ready. Once received, we noticed that the boxes contained a larger proportion of fries compared to the other items we had ordered. This left us somewhat disappointed in terms of both quantity and quality, especially considering the price paid.
I am sharing this feedback in a constructive spirit, as we truly enjoy the restaurant and hope to see it continue to thrive. We believe that with some adjustments to service times and portion balance, the dining experience could be even better for your customers.
Thank you for taking the time to consider our comments

I ate there the other day and noticed they took away the ketchup pump and napkins. Not really sure why they did this?

Ordered poutines tonight and the fries were floating in what I assume they called gravey or poutine sauce.Small popcorn chicken might of had 15 little pieces if I was lucky. Definitely disappointed 😞
This restaurant seems to me to be the most crappy restaurant in Monctan because whenever I go to pick up an order from here, it wastes 15-20 minutes every time without any reason.
