It was fine, not sure I'd make the 3 hour drive JUST for this. Chicken was tasty, fries were fine, the rolls and gravy were really good, coleslaw with green pepper was a new thing for me, it wasn't bad, but it was odd.

Thank you for reaching out regarding my recent review. I would like to clarify that our visit to Dixie Lee was, overall, a pleasant experience in terms of hospitality we were warmly welcomed by the lady at the counter, which we greatly appreciated.
Our order, which amounted to approximately $175, took over 45 minutes to be ready. Once received, we noticed that the boxes contained a larger proportion of fries compared to the other items we had...

I have eaten here several times and the chicken is always good and I never have to wait very long for my order but their customer service leaves a little to be desired. There was never a plea or a thank you hardly a word is spoken.. Long gone or the days of customer service being as important as the product.
