ordered a takeaway pizza in the evening, I was surprised to see how uncooked the pizza was, I was served a pizza with fresh tomato paste.

Ordered a veggie pizza at 6:15 PM, didn’t get it until 7:35 PM. The pizza saver was missing, so the lid squashed the pizza — regular crust looked like thin crust. It was fresh, but the presentation was bad.
Tried calling the store while waiting, but they kept saying “It’s in transit” with no real update.
The delivery guy was cool and polite, but the store’s service was disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I find hair in my pizza i was liking command there but i will never do that again
Today, 12/17/2024 at 8:15 p.m. I went there to order a pizza and I asked that the lady put garlic and herbs on my pizza. I said it the first time she didn't listen, when my pizza was ready I told her again and she raised her voice shouting <wait> and handed my pizza to her colleague who was at the cash register I told her said to him too and he didn't even lift his head to look at me and they started talking in their languages (they were Indians). I didn't say anything yet, I took my order and left. The employees that day were very rude, it's not the first time this has happened. I'm not used to posting comments but for today it left me speechless. Review your employees because they don't know how to address people, are very bitter and above all impolite, especially those from that evening!
