I ordered food online and i got an issue so i called the restaurant for that and then i told to restaurant that you guys didn’t even put spoon and napkins in my bag,so lady replied that you didn’t mention that you need napkins and spoon while i was expecting a professional answer but this is all what she replied.

Every time when we order soya chaamp, noodles or any other appetizers they never provide even a ketchup. How someone can eat chaamp without mint chutney and noodles without ketchup. In store they always give us mint chutney with chaamp and never for delivery orders. It doesn’t make any sense. So disappointed

I placed an order around 10 45 ish pm through uber eats and there was an offer BOGOF. I ordered the chicken curry; when i received the curry, it was full of oil and unedible. I called the restaurant directly and asked for a refund or remake.
The girl who I was talking with told me to place an order for a can of pop or naan through uber eats again, so that she could send the new curries again.
what kind of customer service is that? I already wasted my time waiting for the food late at night and now have to wait another 45 mins for the food to arrive?and pay extra so that it can be delivered to me?I went to the restaurant itself, and got the new curries. The girl was not even apologetic neither on the call nor in person.
The curries as well did not have any taste and quantity is ver less. I'm definitely not gonna order from that restaurant again- worst customer service and food.

⭐️WOW!! What a great find while in Moncton!! ⭐️The food was spectacular- 6 adults and 5 kids in our party. Several orders of butter chicken, coconut curry, chicken wrap, and veggie noodles. Two kids ordered a fruit lassi (smoothie type drink) and they looked amazing. The service was great, especially considering we did not have a reservation (🫣). Restaurant ambiance, cleanliness and cost met (and even exceeded) our expectations. Will definitely return! 💕⭐️ Apologies for not taking pics. Sports parents were tired. 🙄
Kid-friendliness: Had 5 tired and hungry 11 year old kids. They were happy with their drinks and meals. Server moved tables so kids could all sit together, and the adults sat at next table. Bill paying went smoothly for large group. Impressed all around.
