Frosty’s TLC Scoops is hands-down the best ice cream spot in Moncton! The ice cream is unbelievably creamy, the flavors are fantastic, and the servings are more than generous. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and ready to crack a joke if needed. You can tell he really cares about his customers. It’s the kind of place that instantly puts a smile on your face, whether you’re grabbing a cone, a leaning tower of 6 scoops, or one of their fun specialty treats. A true local gem that makes every visit feel special — definitely worth the trip every single time!

The best flavors, the best prices, and the best owner. The only place (that I know of) that serves Central Smith flavors so there's so many unique flavors you can't get anywhere else. The prices are much cheaper than other locations so you can get much more for your money. The owner is super kind and obviously loves what he does, and loves making kids happy. Theres lots of toys for kids to play with while you enjoy your ice cream, and he loves chatting with the kids and talking about his grandkids.
Since our first visit we've been hooked and this is now the only place we go to get ice cream.

The gentleman who was working here when I visited was rather unpleasant. Not sure what everyone else is talking about in their reviews.
While the ice cream itself was fine, there's plenty of other places in town that sell similar or higher quality ice cream that you could visit and have an actual pleasant purchasing experience. Not to mention that a significant amount of the options here are available in large pints at the supermarket for cheaper.

Omg! The owner is super nice & he always suggest the best flavour to try depending upon your taste! He always greet with a huge smile & remember mostly all his customers(that his speciality for sure). Plus the ICE CREAM taste is super fresh, many flavours to try & is top notch! I feel like other places are just over exaggerated, one should definitely come here to try & you will find the difference.
