Our first time trying Fusion Express at the Hullabaloo in Perth-Andover. What a treat! The school-aged kid took our first order (yes, it was so good we had to eat there 3 times in 2 days) and he was so polite and courteous. The food was piping hot and delicious. We highly recommend the Chicken Szechuan Udon Noodles!! Amazing. Thanks for the great service and great food!

Tommy and his staff are amazing! I've been eating here for years now and when he's not in my area I'll drive just to get something. The owner is the nicest person you'll meet he knows me by name and even let's me try a spring roll or if he knows I drove a bit offers me a free water. If you haven't tried them yet you have to. From the udon noodles to garlic pork or the delicious crab rangoons there is something for everyone. 10/10 everytime!

When Fusion Express was at the Bay Du Vin Beer Gardens from August 2nd - 4th 2024, I tried their food for the first time on August 2nd. I enjoyed the food so much that I kept going back for more on the 3rd and 4th. My absolute favourite was the Buffalo BBQ Chicken Poutine. I HIGHLY recommend Fusion Express!!!!! I'm keeping my eyes peeled for this food truck here in Miramichi because as soon as I spot it, I can guarantee 110% that I'll be ordering another Buffalo BBQ Chicken Poutine along with an order or two of deep fried pickles!!!!! Best food I have ever eaten in my life so far. Fusion Express, you seriously need to set up a permanent location here in Miramichi because I can promise you that A LOT of people will keep coming back for your amazing food!!!!

It was a rainy evening and going for a solo drive on route114 Main Street and saw this food truck near hillsborough on a random parking lot. Ordered a onion rings, the food was great, price was good and the guys are friendly.

Absolutely delicious!!! 2 words : Crab Rangoon !!!! Wish I ordered more lol. We got the Lo Mein noodles, GT’s chicken, deep fried pickles, and the crab Rangoon - SO GOOD! The Lo Mein was a very large portion that I even enjoyed the next day!

Quite quick service and even delivered to my car with the advise of not putting the very hot dishes on the leather! Much appreciated.

Had the spicy chicken szechuan noodles and spring rolls, it was excellent! Lots of chicken and veggies, could have been perhaps a bit more spicy. Served very hot, and brought to my car :). They are in Shediac Bridge on a regular basis, great to have quality food in the area this time of year!
