Unfortunately, my experience at Greco Pizza was a letdown. Not only was my food not cooked properly, but the workers attitude which I believe was their manager made it even worse. When I politely brought the issue to her attention, she became defensive and rude, which was completely uncalled for. She continued to be short with me as she fixed my order, making the whole experience unpleasant. Given the poor service and food quality, I won't be returning to this location. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service and food preparation.

Well where do I begin. I ordered delivery from Greco Elmwood. Two oven subs. Oven subs were dry. No donair ai sauce in either of them. Food took over 45 mins and when the delivery driver got here he forgot our sodas. Told us he would go back and bring us our sodas. Still hasn’t shown up and I do not suspect he will. Service is laughable. No accountability for your clients. With all the choices we have in Moncton we will not be ordering ever again. This is the third time we got screwed by Greco. Never again.

Every time I order from this place they hardly have any toppings if you're paying $20 for a garlic finger they should have enough cheese that you can taste it and I ordered my boyfriend at donair and there's hair in it

I clearly mentioned on my online order "NO DONAIR SAUCE" but when I arrived at this restaurant to pick up food, the guy at the counter kept arguing with me. It's not my fault if you didn't pay attention to what I mentioned on "special instructions" sections. I had to throw away the food cause I don't tolerate donair sauce. And this guy wouldn't correct the situation. So disappointed and I won't be back ☹️
