I just ordered a party pizza half donair half barbecue chicken.Customer service from the delivery driver was great, but the pizza was undercooked.In my opinion about 3-6 minutes. There is absolutely no sauce on the barbecue chicken side.No barbecue , and no pizza sauce. The pizza was full of toppings, but what is a pizza without sauce. I am beyond disappointed with the service that was provided to my party of eight people , the supervisor/employee recommended the driver come back for the pizza so they could take the pizza back, see it, and remake it. Not only was the pizza 75 dollars, but the service provided from the people in house certainly did not follow the proper standards of customer service. I was offered 2 ramacans of BBQ sauce, no apology was offered, and the call was over. For my first time at greco in years, this was ridiculous. Thank you...

Ordered a Donair and the meat was completely dry. I threw it in the garbage after one bite. Scared of getting sick. The last order I had was not the greatest either. Time to stop ordering from this store. Customer service includes the quality of food. You should be embarrassed sending food out like that.

I ordered a slice and 2 drinks, the slice had been sitting there for what seemed to be at least a couple hours and all they did was re heat it with more cheese to rectify the problem

Food was cold and not worth eating. The delivery driver took 58 minutes from when they left the restaurant with my order to get to my place 6km away because he was tasked with making 5 other deliveries. Yes, I did call the place after 40 minutes had passed and I was told all this and that it should be still warm since it's in a oven bag..... yeah that doesn't work for 1 hour with it being opened over an over again.
Honestly, the donairs from Greco on Killiam absolutely slap! The donair meat is always cooked to perfection.
The deals for this location are incredible. No where else can you get 2 Donairs and a garlic finger for just $15 dollars.
The delivery drivers are also very friendly.
