Ordered pizza through the app with how I wanted it made exactly. Picked up the pizza and it was not even made how I wanted it had extra things on it. Took it back in and was told it would take at least another 10mins for them to remake it. After waiting 20mins for the first one. Which it was not that busy.

Greco Pizza,A consistently enjoyable dining experience, particularly the party-sized offering.
Kid-friendliness: The location I used was not particularly spacious for children, although it was suitable for them.
Overall experience was fine, I don’t expect anything much here from placing the order and going in to pick up, not a big deal there.However, I brought our party pizza back to feed a group of 7 people for a work lunch. I’m so disappointed in the THIN party pizza crust. That was never like that before. Skrinkflation much? We’ve ordered many party pizzas for years for different events, all from Greco. I was worried that our staff would be hungry after having their few slices each. Had I known, I would have ordered a 2nd.The sauce and ingredients were also not spread out well, leaving a lot of crust left behind.The quality is just not there now. Because of this, for our parties and events, I will most likely find somewhere else to cater to a larger group (when it comes to pizza). Unless this changes, we won’t be back :(

Would not eat there called for a order and they hung up on me passed poor ? business
I ordered an all meat party pizza for my daughter and her friends for her 8th birthday party… and after over an hour and having to call TWICE to ask where our pizza was this is how it arrived. It is so overdone that it’s barely edible. It’s even burnt in some spots. I am so upset. None of the kids like the pizza and such a waste of $35.

I do not know if the other pizza restaurants are better in New Brunswick. I’m a tourist from Ontario and had eaten in many local pizza chains. I found the pizzas served by this Greco to be of much better quality than a lot of the common chains we have in Ontario. Store keepers are also very polite.

We ordered through the phone, and was very explicit about having an open , not closed sub. We go to pick up the subs, and they were closed. No offer to remake, just " are you gonna take it or not ?" So, I said no, and walked
