Friendly staff and great food! This was the first time I went to Harvey's. The tables and environment is clean. There's easy access from the road and good parking. The service for me was quick and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. When I approached the counter, the young girl working there immediately assumed I was an Uber driver instead of a regular customer. She spoke loudly and in a dismissive tone, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Her attitude showed a lack of basic customer service skills and made me feel judged rather than welcomed. As a paying customer, I expect respect, proper communication, and a friendly approach none of which I experienced during this visit.
I hope this issue will be addressed with the staff so that other customers do not have a similar experience. I would appreciate confirmation that this feedback has been received and will be taken seriously.
