Good selection of perfumes however they are counterfeit perfumes being passed off as luxury- staff will lie and say they are real. If you're looking for dupes it would be a good spot to check out but they should be honest about it.
every time i buy green world product i found even the product old and has bad smell or contains insects please advice and dont sell bad quality product to people

Review: Terrible Customer Service After Spending Over $250
I spent over $250 at this Arabic grocery store, and the experience was very disappointing. At checkout, there was only one person working. She scanned all the groceries and then just handed us bags and boxes, saying we had to bag everything ourselves — no help at all. It was basically self-service after checkout.
If you’re spending that much money, the least you expect is decent customer service, especially at a store that presents itself as a community-focused Halal business. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it shows a lack of respect for customers.
I won’t be coming back unless things improve.
Arabic Store, beautiful utensils and reasonable fruits and vegetables
Delivery driver was rude and shooed us from a public parking lot, saying that it was their spot. We left and never came back
Great products. Costumer service is the worst in town. They don't treat everyone the same and that is sad. I got to the cash paid for my stuff and realized they overcharged me. Mention it to the cashier. She was unapologetic and mean to me like i did something wrong. They need to up their costumer service game.
As a regular customer of HS Empire, I had always wanted to support a local business, especially as a fellow Muslim. However, I often felt uneasy about their approach to providing receipts, which seemed somewhat sketchy and suggested they weren't transparent about their prices. Recently, I had a disappointing experience when I purchased meat. Despite being at the cash register and requesting a refund, the owner didn't seem willing to listen to my concerns and mentioned their policy without addressing my request. It was disheartening, and I left feeling frustrated. Given this experience, I find it hard to continue supporting them. I just want to caution others to be mindful of the prices and their policies.
Worst return experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly, but the boss clearly hasn’t learned the basics of customer service. I was told I could get a refund if the items didn’t fit, as there were no fitting rooms and I couldn’t try them on in the middle of the store. When I returned 5 days later, the lady offered me store credit, but then the boss came over and refused both a refund and store credit. After I finally convinced him to issue the store credit, he told the lady who had helped me that the amount would be deducted from her paycheck. Just wow !
Most of the produce was rotten, meat packages were ripped open and looked old. Some were dated at least 10 days old and still with the fresh meat. I was curious about the place with its high ratings, I won’t be returning. Not so fresh.

This is a great market. The staff are friendly and they have excellent products from countries other than the United States. Bought raisins from Morocco and Syria and pine nuts from Lebanon. Then returned the big box of Sun-maid raisins we bought from Costco - a US product. Small retailers are the cornerstone of our economy. I'm happy to support H&S.
Good service
I recently purchased a bag of rice from HS Empire and specifically asked, “Is this rice Iranian?” I was assured that it was, and I mentioned that I needed it for my baby’s meals. Unfortunately, after cooking it, I found the taste and aroma to be very disappointing. When I returned to the store to explain the issue, I was told it couldn’t be refunded because the package had been opened. No effort was made to resolve my concerns. I am deeply disappointed with this experience.
Very bad experience 🚫🛑🚫🛑🚫I bought 2 packets of red meat and they turned out spoiled …. Having colored changes and rotten smell.. came back next day to complain, they just said we are sorry. Not our fault and didn’t accept to return… very bad experience and never gonna get anything from this place again
