Fantastic food store; if you're Muslim there's a supply of clothing and regional cookware, perfume, a few toys (nothing great and no books sadly), but even if you're not there is a great selection of food....lots of new soda brands ($1-2/can) and the back room has cheaper produce than the grocery store.
This is a great market. The staff are friendly and they have excellent products from countries other than the United States. Bought raisins from Morocco and Syria and pine nuts from Lebanon. Then returned the big box of Sun-maid raisins we bought from Costco - a US product. Small retailers are the cornerstone of our economy. I'm happy to support H&S.
I love this store it's always one of the first stops in Moncton. Great halal meat and fresh! I love their vanilla oil perfume too. I bought it so much one of the staff was so cute she said "I remember you, the vanilla girl" haha. I never leave empty handed. They have a variety of other products also. Parking can fill up quickly if it's busy but usually that's no problem. I was just there and I'm already looking forward to going back.
