This was always my favourite go to lil quiet spot where I would endulge in spins when I can afford to… until tonight. I was winning on the machine that I was playing since I walked in and the new lady working named Linda told me at 1158 pm that they close in 30 min. Ok. I think the hours need to be updated and or at least clarifying why one would have to cash out when they are winning and the hours state open until 2 am. When I arrived there were multiple people playing. Because I was the only one winning people left so how can you advertise and allow me to rip this woman when I cashed my winninning vouchers only for her to tell me I’m cut off 1.5 hours before it states that it closes. I have a big word of mouth and I loved going to jacks. Now I have been told to leave because he are her man said it closes. I find this funny because they don’t have a clue who I am and I know that I a paying customer and good tipper had all the right to stay as long as I want as long as I am drinking and playing. Very rude no wonder the place is empty with her and her man telling me to go.

The staff were very friendly- definitely a plus. We had chicken burrito bowls and they were very bland and tasteless. Would definitely not order that again. We can’t speak for other items on the menu. The churros were dry and hard. Customers that came after us were served first. Disappointing - we really wanted to enjoy our first visit.

The food was GREAT, and the staff was amazing - I accidentally left my purse at one of the tables and they held onto it for me safely while I went back to get it. Thank you guys!!!
