We had Family over and decided to go to Jean's for supper, our waitress was nice but we waited an hour and a half for our meal, I'm not sure why it took so long as it wasn't overly busy also other tables were being served before ours I'm thinking there must of been a mixed up on when the orders were coming in, we use to go there a lot but now the food isn't the best anymore and the service has gone down hill.
Our family of four ate supper here tonight and I am completely pleased with the experience! The menu had a great variety of options, portions were generous, the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent. There were so many other things on the menu we wanted to try that if we were to find ourselves in Moncton again I’d happily go back!
A friend and I had supper there recently and I have to say that it wasn’t very good. I don’t know what happened if it’s just this evening, but the fries were absolutely horrible. The food was lukewarm at best, although the appetizer of fried mushrooms were quite good.
The waitress was quite nice, but not very attentive to be honest. She was polite, but they seemed to be doing a lot of chatting at the front desk versus looking after their tables.
