While I’ve never actually felt the need to post a negative review before, i am now. I had went here for a date night and while the restaurant was empty, it took us almost 10 minutes to get sat down because they kept walking past us. Whatever, didn’t think much about it. We sat down, the waitress asked us what we want after 20 seconds of sitting, we gave a starter and it took her another 20 minutes to come back for our food order. Once again, whatever. We had the chicken taquitos to start, there was almost no chicken or filling at all and it had clearly been cooked in bad oil, once again we said whatever but we should have left at this point. We each had got burgers, my partner had the pork burger but it was absolute mush and smelt horrible. It even made his hand smell, he took a bite and was unable to eat it. I had the canadian burger which was soggy and smelt horrible, and once again not edible!! Our waitress had come back once during this time and it was right after we got the food, at this point we had each taken a bite of a fry and asked us about dessert and never came back. Once we realized we weren’t getting any more service, we had decided to go up and talk to our waitress about it and once my partner had said it was not good, she interrupted him and said “how Would you like to pay” I told her I wasn’t coming up here to Pay, i just wanted to talk to her about the food and she ignored us and had us pay. She gave me a 10% discount which took off maybe $4 but we just wanted some better food or something. Whatever, we paid but then got sick about an hour later. We had called back and tried talking to the manager and she told us it was out fault but she’d take my number and name and i could come back tomorrow and we would solve it and hung up. I called the next day making sure It was okay That i could come in and a lovely older women was the only one there, which they intended to make her deal with it. She told us when we could come back in, and we did and once again the waitress we had (which was actually the manager) kept blaming us and then said we could have a $10 coupon thats valid next month!? Horrible service, horrible food and not worth the money at all :(

We went there yesterday as a party of 11 and had to send 3 dishes back due to the plates having food from the last person who ate off them stuck to it. Someone ordered fish tacos and only one of the tacos had fish actually in it and someone else ordered a salad and the vegetables were frozen. My meal came out with carrots that weren't even orange anymore due to being so dry. Awful experience, really disappointed.

Was there on the weekend...the fish tank was disgustingly gross and dead fish in it. The tables were dirty and the food was gross. I used to love going there when I came from PEI. I will never be back.

The food was amazing and I loved the design of the booths and such. The wait staff was so sweet as well!! Such a great place! Also have to add this was just a quick stop on our way during a 16 hour road trip and we did not look presentable for a lunch out but they were so welcoming and kind to us!

I've eaten here many times in the past and it's always been fast,friendly and delicious. Tonight my "veggie fajitas" came out as chicken fajitas, with no sour cream or salsa. Had to ask for water the glasses were dirty and had to wait 15 mins. Had to ask for silverware, and napkins twice. Waitress never came back to check on us at all ,when we advised her of the mistake with the food (when she brought the bills) she told me "I should of told her" ... not sure how that would have been possible. She offered to get me a veggie fajita to go (with payment) and didn't really seem to care to much . Very disappointed, will never go back.

The Moncton location should be closed down. It’s a disgrace of the name “Jungle Jim’s”. To the owner, I’d be ashamed serving this poor quality of food.
One of my favourite chains but will never come to this location again. Worst service I’ve ever had. Terrible waitress, didn’t have anything on the menu available, no crayons for the kids.

We went for supper on labor day, no one else in the place except for two employees. We ordered and got our meals however there were no napkins or silverware on the table. We proceeded to eat our meal without utensils since luckily we had meals that we were able to do that with even though it was a bit messy. No one came to the check on us until we were literally three bites from being done. We asked for napkins then and got them but it never seemed to register to the waitress that we had gone without the whole time. Along with her calling my girlfriend boring when we ordered drinks it made for a lousy experience which I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Amazing! Fantastic! We were a large party of 10, and they were quick with the service, the food was delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and they made a great fuss about it which the family loved so much. The server, Eddy was amazing and so attentive.
The staff were very outgoing and attentive. The food was very fast, tasty and good sized portions. One of our dishes was not as hot as we would have liked, when we mentioned it to the waitress she was quick to offer to replace it, however it was certainly edible, and was ultimately enjoyed as served.
As we were leaving we did notice the emergency exit near the washrooms was dead bolted shut.
Parking: Watch out for the very large deep pothole when exiting the parking lot.
