6:30 pm. Ordered at drive thru . Famous chicken sandwich combo with onion rings . Onion rings are amazing but could only eat the middle of the sandwich . Not sure what happened but it seems like it was maybe reheated by dropping in the fryer again. Outside was so hard I couldn't chew it .

First of all people who are working in the kitchen shouldn’t have nail polish on the nails , secondly you should give more training to the guy working in the front .. trust me he need it indefinitely
