Very inconsistent quality. The sizes are now HALF of what they should be. Workers don’t care and just packed them. But it could also be intentional - giving customers the left overs and selective smaller pieces. Super bad. Gave them a second chance and went back the following week. Same outcome. Last pic shows the piece, even smaller this time. So, conclusion - you lost my business.

Great KFC to go to if you enjoy listening to loud Punjabi music coming from the kitchen/order area while eating.Nice to see the traditional Kentucky atmosphere here.
The chicken at KFC was fantastic! The Hot and Crispy chicken had a perfect crunchy texture and spicy flavor that lingered on the palate. Juicy, hot, and just the right amount of spice—every bite was a delight! 😋 Truly an amazing experience, definitely going back for more!❤️

Portions are way too small. Ordered 2 chicken thighs. My hands aren’t that big but it’s still bigger than these two pieces combined. One of them is almost all backbone. Looks like the meat was scraped off. KFC corporate, please look into this branch and evaluate quality and portion control. This is not acceptable! I would advise anyone getting KFC to look for another store.

Today was finger clucking slow, 15 minutes wait at speaker while first ones in drivethru, then repeated our order 4 times so they understood, then another 10 at window, worst service ever, our 2 zinger sandwiches were under cooked, worst sandwiches evee, horrible location, advise going other location
