We went there when we were on vacation. The possibilities are endless, so many flavors to choose from. They are quick and so friendly. I highly recommend it for a awesome ice cream shop

Started out wanting tim hortons across the road but then end up coming to kings ice cream shop Lots of different flavors too choose from and very friendly staff .we bought 4 different ice creams and the price was very reasonable..thanks to the staff for the great service

As someone who travels internationally reviewing food establishments of all types—from family-owned cafés to fine dining restaurants—I place equal value on both product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, during my recent visit to this ice cream location, the customer service fell far short of expectations.
While enjoying my ice cream at one of the outdoor tables, a light drizzle began. I politely asked if an umbrella could be opened to provide basic cover. The umbrellas were dry and clearly not in use, and the request seemed simple enough. However, an employee named Anna, who gave her name willingly, refused and dismissively said the umbrellas were “only for sun, not for rain.” This was despite the fact that we’re currently experiencing some of the hottest days of the summer.
When I politely insisted and pointed out that my food was getting wet, she responded rudely and with visible sarcasm. I mentioned that I would be leaving no tip due to the attitude I received—not because of the weather, but because of how my request was handled. Her response was a sarcastic “Have a good day,” followed by again giving her name and showing no concern when I let her know I’d be leaving a review. She flat-out said, “Go ahead.”
To clarify: I did not use any inappropriate language. I simply asked for basic consideration, and I was treated as if my presence was a nuisance.
Having managed multiple food businesses myself, I would never allow an employee to speak to a customer this way—especially over such a minor, easily addressed issue. My ice cream ended up with rainwater in it. That alone should have been enough for any staff member to act out of simple decency, let alone customer service standards.
Management should take note: a good product can bring someone in the door, but good service is what keeps them coming back. I hope this is taken seriously, because the behavior I experienced reflects poorly on an otherwise decent establishment.

King Ice Cream is One of the best place to have ice cream in the Moncton town. They have the best flavours options, I must say try once you won't regret it.
Great variety - 50+ flavours hard ice cream, soft vanilla ice cream with 8 favour bursts, dipped cones with 6 different dips (milk chocolate, oreo, etc) and so much more. Prices are fair. Portions are large. Staff are super nice. Lots of spread out picnic umbrella tables Parking is also available.
Good ice cream, good service and nice open ambiance.

They are only open from 1pm to 10pm Daily.

i went here a few weeks ago and it’s very easy to order and the sizes are big enough for two people and too much for one person. one of the only places with banana ice cream #GOAT 😭🙏🙏 line goes by fast and there is what i think enough seating spots for everyone. also there is a lot of flavours and i’m pretty sure you can get more than one flavour.

Heavenly Hash and Peppermint Oreo were my choice for the day, and i must confess I preferred my Peppermint oreo to the Heavenly Hash, haha. I just find the chocolate too much, it kinda overtook the other flavors from me. My friend said she enjoyed her ice cream and that perhaps she got too much[she couldn't finish it] 😆

Go and try the Fro-Yo Fruit Fusion. Or the Orange-Pineapple ice cream. Or the sugar and lactose free option. The variety in this ice cream shop is wide and creative. 100% will recommend and will visit again.
