Had such a great time at Les Brumes du Coude. All the dishes we ordered were delicious! The best dish was definitely the scallops ceviche. Can't wait to go back and try the new menu options.

I spent the past 2 weeks or so in Moncton and absolutely fell in love with this place - enough so that I went back 3 times! The food is exceptional with high quality and fresh ingredients. The scallop ceviche and tuna are amazing. The beef carpaccio was thicker cut and had the most amazing pesto. Best of all was the beef tongue main. Don’t let it scare you, such an underrated and flavourful cut when prepared well! Next time in in Moncton, this will be first stop! Thanks to all the amazing servers and top notch kitchen! Cheers!

While passing through Moncton with my partner, we were able to taste a great dish and especially a good dessert, which we all tried.
A big thank you to the waiter Samuel who offered us a delicious biscuit.
I recommend this restaurant 100%.

Really great meal here tonight. The roasted carrot first course was very delicious - veg was caramelized with creamy sauce and some chili for heat. Main courses were also great, both the seared scallop and confit duck leg were excellent. Dessert combined blueberry and earl grey flavors, a perfect finish. Thanks for a lovely evening.

The best restaurant in the Maritimes hands down and quite probably one of the best in Canada. Don't miss out on this gem!

Superb evening! Service always with a smile despite the busy evening. The starter (olives, bread, cheese) and main courses (salmon, duck) were delicious. We were loaded with a small truffle for dessert. The perfect touch to end this delicious meal!

Second time here and second time loving the dishes, but also felt again like we were being rushed out after dinner. We did more of a shareable style with our group and when we finished our last dish it felt like they wanted to clear us out and get us out. There weren’t any other patrons, so it didn’t feel like we were taking up spots. We had a 7:45pm reservation for 7, and 10pm is when we left. Had the same rushed issue with a group of 4 the time before. So I’d recommend taking an earlier time slot if you eat a little slower.

Had the Bahn Mi today on the terrace. Best sandwich I ve had in years. A bit of a wait but having it prepared and served by the acclaimed owner-operator was worth it. $15 is a pretty good price too! PS I don’t do really any reviews but just had to here

Was going to have a nice glass of red with the steak, but, was surprised that the selection was either, French, or, US. There was no Canadian selection, that has award winning wines, and the restaurant seems to pride itself on being locally sourced. After taking our order, the waitress/hostess, left without asking how I preferred my steak. I chased her down at the front, and advised her that I wished to have my meal, medium rare. She then told me that this is how they ALWAYS prepare their steaks. This seemed a little presumptuous, and was surprised to find my steak rare, and bleeding into the sauce, with a very fine layer of pink. I didn't complain, as this was how I preferred my filet, rare, and ordered it medium rare so my wife could try it. When the meal was presented to us, it was simply dropped off at our table. It seemed odd that a short description of ingredients, and preparation was not narrated, followed by an, "Enjoy." This was a first from a fine dining establishment for me. Not that there's much you can say about, Steak frites. At the very least something about the sauce, and I was curious as to what the scallops were resting on, as well as the ingredients, and preparation of the very nice apple dessert. We had the impression that something was off with us personally to be received in such a perfunctory way. We were tourists, dressed casually? The doors had just opened, and it was early in the dinner service, there being only one other table that appeared to be occupied by locals? It was off season? We had traveled all the way from the west coast to NB, and was recommend this establishment by another local restaurant that we fully enjoyed. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in, Victoria, and have had better here, at, Saveur. The back end was good, the front end...not so much.
