Had such a great time at Les Brumes du Coude. All the dishes we ordered were delicious! The best dish was definitely the scallops ceviche. Can't wait to go back and try the new menu options.
I spent the past 2 weeks or so in Moncton and absolutely fell in love with this place - enough so that I went back 3 times! The food is exceptional with high quality and fresh ingredients. The scallop ceviche and tuna are amazing. The beef carpaccio was thicker cut and had the most amazing pesto. Best of all was the beef tongue main. Don’t let it scare you, such an underrated and flavourful cut when prepared well! Next time in in Moncton, this will be first stop! Thanks to all...
