We had an amazing dinner last night. Oysters, Scallops and Halibut. All were prepared to perfection. Honestly I suggest everyone try to scallops on the small bites portion of the menu, the taste and flavor wow. The service was top notch. Veronique was our server and she was perfect. Extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us. Thank you.
I highly recommend Little Louis’ if you are in Moncton.

We were in town for a chefs conference, and we were given a number of restaurants to visit on a Tuesday night. We chose Little Louis's.
There was a six course tasting menu available, and it did not disappoint.
The presentation was beautiful, and the dishes were flavourful and well seasoned.
Our server was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
I recommend having dinner here.

What a wonderful evening at Little Louis Oyster Bar and Fine Dining. My server Rachel was wonderful and the flavours beyond delicious. I chose the Chefs tasting menu, each course was a spontaneous choice from the chef.

Appetizer - Beausoleil and blue pearl oysters au naturel

1st course Oysters with vichyssoise, wild sturgeon caviar and fried leek

2nd course Smoked wild salmon, pine aioli, citrus aioli whipped horse radish, house made crisps, wild beets

3rd course Wild arctic char with crispy skin, risotto, broadmore squash and white asparagus and beurreblanc sauce

4th course Mushroom ravioli, with a veal croquette with brocollini and micro sprouts

5th course PEI blue dot strip loin aged 2 weeks in house, dauphinoise potato, fresh Brussels, mushroom ketchup

Dessert - Chocolate paté, chocolate mousse with whipped creme, meringue wings with salted caramel pearls

Dinner paired with the Osceola white wine from local Magnetic Hill Brewery and a clarified haskap berry punch ❤️✨️👌

Had lunch at Little Louis today for a meeting, and wow- what an experience! Right from the moment I walked in, the cozy and inviting decor made the place feel warm and welcoming. The staff? Super attentive, polite, and just really good at what they do.

And the food- oh my, yummilicious! We had the soup, steak, and crème brûlée, and every single bite was just perfect. Each dish had its own distinct flavors, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The steak was cooked just right, the soup was comforting and flavorful, and the crème brûlée? The perfect sweet ending.

Definitely a spot I’d go back to. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out!

We had the trust the chef tasting menu with the wine pairing. All courses delicious, wines paired well with each, and our server was fantastic. We had our 2 monthly old with us and the dinner was a little long, as to be expected with a tasting style meal, but they gave us a private room which was fantastic as we could feed and walk around to sooth our son between courses.

First time there. The server was a delight and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious... we will be going back.

They accommodated a 6 course vegan tasting menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you Little Louis!

We had 3 courses and they were all outstanding! The salmon was perfectly cooked. Each of the dishes were seasoned perfectly.

I love this restaurant. The staff are all friendly. The food is always amazing. I have never had a single dish there that wasn't phenomenal. The flavours are just fantastic.

Got to be a top spot in the area. Tasting menu for the price is a must.

Great service and attention to the customer as well as very informative. Food was excellent and cocktails were perfect. Sous Chef popped out for a chat and overall excellent food place.
