Two piece meal should not include a wing. Not enough meat on that to be included in a 2 piece meal and price of 2 piece and taters it would be nice to have taters not fries. Last time there I added a large fries and was shocked at a 9.99 price tag. I guess the promotions are many people's only visit. Now I know why. Great food but so much wrong.

Kudos to the staff here for being pleasant and extremely efficient when there were about 100 customers in the store today for 1.93 big Mary day. The line was wrapped all the way around the store in a snake, and I was in and out in just about 20 minutes with my correct order. I was really impressed with the service and efficiency.

We just took advantage of the Big Mary chicken sandwich promotion on Nov 5th at the Mountain Road location and gotta say you guys knocked it out of the park. Besides the crazy cheap price which is much appreciated during these hard times with food prices being so high , the quality of the sandwich and taters are awesome. The location had alot of staff on and even though you were super busy you moved everybody thru quickly. I have to admit I have not had much Mary browns chicken but after this experience I certainly will now. Hats off to Management and staff as you did a wonderful job. Thanks for the deal!

I'm finally making a comment. My lovely wife Pat and I have dined here a few times. Every single time it's been a pleasure. Prices are more than reasonable given the amount and quality of food served. Excellent service with staff that look out for their customer. Pat and I dined here on a Monday and they currently (as of Oct. 2025) have a chicken sandwich special for only $4.99 We each ordered the Big Mary Monday Sandwich plus a single order of small fries with gravy, coleslaw and a bottle of water. The friendly cashier let us know that if we made it one order of a combo meal we'd save a little money (which we then did) with the same amount of food. Coleslaw was not too sweet (which was perfect). The small fries is what I'd consider a large order (not complaining but then we are in our 60's). There were more than enough for the 2 of us. Their chicken sandwich is the absolute best. Thick amount of juicy meat with an enjoyable amount of crunchy batter. I devoured my meal before having the chance to get a snapshot. Next time I'll add some photos to my review.
There was a very large order ahead of us and they handles it well. The only complaint I could have is the wedges need salt and after a wait for my food the least they could have done was filled the box for 10 bucks I expected the usual they skimped a little. But I won't hold that against them in the rush they had. Be careful next time though. They actually gave the person ahead of us and extra price of chicken for the wait and we got a box about 2/3 full 😂

Mary Brown's has the best chicken and chicken burgers. I always have a Big Mary burger and my husband gets a 3 piece chicken and taters. You get big pieces of chicken. Always tasty and fresh.

Some idiot named Mike stole my order, but they made me a new one and also gave me a big mary to compensate. Also on a later visit, Maddie remembered my hot honey sauce even though I forgot to ask for it. 5 stars!
