The burger they served me was cold, the burger patty was only half inside the burger and they only bothered putting ketchup on it. Every McDonald's in the Moncton area has consistently let me down and I'm never going to one again.

Order a big Mac combo with my points with a large fry and a large drink. Got my big Mac combo, medium drink and a medium fry when I paid for extra and that makes me frustrated with McDonald’s and almost makes you want to go get food elsewhere there’s not much I can do about it but I was very upset. Might have dinner elsewhere for now on unless they can do something to fix the situation.

Service is very poor , got my order wrong every time I go and this morning ordered 2 breakfast burgers just got 1 in the bag after confirming several times at the order window and at the paying window and only had one in the bag when I checked. The manager handed me the bag with 1, no hello or thank you , no words at all, no smile, then when I told the girl that got my order that I’m missing one of the burgers she turned to the counter and handed me a second burger and rolled her eyes. No sorry, no words at all from her either. Terrible service! And always get the orders wrong!!

Nancy, the person I made my negative review about.To declare that both my experience and Nancy has shattered my preconceptions about the customer service here is a considerable understatement. They have profoundly affected me.It is challenging to envision origins more modest than that of Nancy, who, in this "critic's" perspective, stands as nothing short of the finest managers that McDonald's has to offer in this city of ours.I commend Nancy highly for stepping up and being super kind about the whole misunderstanding (and ultimately owning up to the mistake) as well as the management who made my review heard.More people deserve a service like this and in my own experience, not every restaurant will go the extra mile. This one did.

This location is always great for me. A bit more wait later in the day, the breakfast time this team is A+
Overnight regular guy has impeccable service. Polite, fast and spot on. I wish they’d clone him. Teens though, morning or evening are so forgetful and sloppy it’s rough.
The staff at this location are amazing. Fastest service I have ever seen, order is always right. I go through the drive through almost every morning. Other locations should train here to learn how it's done.

Went last night, the 24 hr MC ds was closed. I motioned an employee stuffing his face with fries and he gave me a nasty look and ran his hand across his throat to motion closed and quickly disappeared. No signage or reasoning. many of us were in the lots unanswered. Going to BK now.

I always get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun in my eating out experiences this is the first time/place I have been charged extra for it.I’m sure the 1 small pieces of lettuce on each side of the sandwich were considerably cheaper than a bun and yet they charge extra?♂️
