Very nice experience today , my order was missing something in my bag but there was a very friendly girl at the counter who helped me with my issue . I think she’s new I don’t kno her name she has face tattoos . She was a 10/10 with her service . Me myself I have a lot of ink so was nice to see someone working there with tattoos . Definitely will be back

Probably the worst McDonalds experience The didn’t listen once during our order and made two wrong burgers that we didn’t not ask for and didn’t even give us a receipt to verify what we paid for. we didn’t get straws for our drinks either…

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff of McDonald’s 900 Mountain Road. I was order 295 at 11:13:54am. I had mistakenly ordered a discount meal when in order to qualify to get the McDonald’s and Shania Twain keychain you had to order an Extra Value Meal. They had to reset my order so I could get the Big Mac Meal to receive the keychain that I wanted. They were very patient with me - the store was loud and they corrected any miscommunication swiftly and effectively. They were all working well despite the lunch crowd piling in for lunch. My compliments to the Chef who made my Big Mac. It had the perfect ratio of lettuce, pickles, and sauce. When I opened the box it looked better than the picture! I think whoever made this Big Mac would be a good candidate to study at culinary school because I can tell they care about making their food as good as possible. I was a dine in customer but we decided to not eat in the restaurant and walk home. My food was still warm after a walk home. Thank you everyone at McDonald’s 900 Mountain Road! I love collecting Happy Meal toys and other collectables. It is great going to this location because I know they will treat us kindly.

If there's another Mcdonalds nearby, I don't think this one can beat against that. Staff are not bad. never smiled but never be rude. but they are always talking, serving food super slow even though it's called FAST FOOD, workers don't care of the reputation of branch. you can sse someone who is complaining to the staff almost every 3~4 times visit. coffee tastes like coffee flavoured water.

Absolutely ridiculous service, never get the right order and had them bring my actual order twice and waited over 15min to be told I didn't order 4 nuggets but 4 Sweet and sour sauce instead due to their lack of comprehension. Oh also got my Drink Order Wrong. You have become no longer worth the price.
It's an alright place. Not great but alright. It's really loud and noisy at times.

Extremely dirty bathrooms, staff do not care how dirty they are even if you say something they ignore you . Over run by school kids smoking drugs in the bathrooms , fighting on the property, complete trash with no security for their property. Feel bad for the good people that do work there. This is a monday to friday issue at 12 noon and on .
