Extremely dirty bathrooms, staff do not care how dirty they are even if you say something they ignore you . Over run by school kids smoking drugs in the bathrooms , fighting on the property, complete trash with no security for their property. Feel bad for the good people that do work there. This is a monday to friday issue at 12 noon and on .

By far the most poorly trained (putting it nicely) drive through in the city 6 years running. Had 4 orders this evening. They screwed up 3 of them, as well as charged us for things we didn’t want. You’d think the order would be right after having to repeat it 5 times. Always nice to find when you get home, especially when it’s a $50 order and you don’t have time to sit 25 minutes in their drive through again.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! I have never been in a McDonald's that is so filthy. Garbage over flowing, garbage on tables, garbage on floor, from what I could see of kitchen, which was quite a bit, filthy filthy filthy. I will be contacting Department of Health

I ordered double quarter and it was dried, burnt and with no taste. Disgusting. I will never come back again for 900 Mountain Road Mc Donalds. I had problems before with customer service and food as well. This place not worth it
