I always visited this McDonald’s whenever I visited home in Moncton last night was the worst experience of my life . I ordered a veggie burger as I’m a vegetarian and I got meat in my box. The manager she was so rude I waited so long for food . Usually the environment at this location whenever I visited home was always good with happy smiling faces, but I even felt bad for the rest of the employees that were working there because of how I heard and witnessed two times myself the manager disrespecting and yelling at the staff for being a business like you are this is a big disappointment. I asked one of the other employees, but the manager’s name was and they said it was palax I might be misspelling sorry if I am beware vegetarian people .

Waited for over 10 minutes for 1 burger combo watched people getting more stuff than me that came in after got served and left before I have even seen my food Tried them again and they not only didn't listen when I told them they got me the wrong drink the first time they got me the wrong drink the second time too made my kids Burger completely wrong. I ordered it with nothing on it. It came fully dressed

French being my first language I ordered two medium fries in French and the lady refused to serve me had to drive through window so when I got there she started speaking to me in Punjabi and said how do you like it me speaking in my own language cuz you don't want to understand what I have to say
And then the pathetic excuse of a manager with all the tattoos on her face came up and bitched me and my people out because we spoke French
Absolutely horrific service.
Have filed a class two complaint with their better business bureau and might even put a call in to immigration to make sure everybody is following the rules.

I cant believe a company as big as Macdonalds' will not accept free drink cards that do not have an expiration date on them. Had to to go to 4 different locations just to get a coffee

When getting at the window workers are speaking in a language I don’t understand it’s rude and when I try and speak they still speak to one another in the language I parked waiting on food for over 15 minutes and still didn’t get my receipt . I felt sorry for being rude to the girl who brought out my food but when she came out she brought two receipt because they didn’t know which was mine . The staff are terrible genre should not be allowing to speak in A language which makes others feel uncomfortable . The guy who’s always doing maintenance dana is very kind . Always smiling and the girl on drive thru side with the tattoos always smiling and helpful .

I enjoy a regular weekly visit to the McDonald's Restaurant on Mountain Rd., & I've noticed that it's always a clean & comfortable environment to have a Coffee & some Food.
Dana, the maintenance person is courteous, helpful & friendly. He certainly keeps the Store & the Outdoor Grounds to a high standard of Cleanliness.
A big Thank You to Dana for his impressive work ethic. You are Amazing!!!
