Ordering was easy as I used the self check out screens, no interactions with staff there. My number was not displayed on the screen, but I could see in the kitchen that they were making mine. Staff called my number and handed me the bag, nothing said. When I left and opened my burger it was very greasy, too the point it wasn't good. So overall food is not good and service is okay for calling my number.

Very dirty place, unhygienic, dirty tables and chairs, nobody is cleaning them. garbage everywhere. Food was ok. Service was very bad, they lost my order and took 10 mins to prepare when nobody was in line. For one sec, I thought I wasn’t in Canada anymore. Do better.

I always go to this location every Sat before work. We love McDonald’s and the food quality it offers but today, one of your staff, some girl named “Veerpal” (or something like that), literally muttered “oh no” under her breath as I walked in. Excuse me? If dealing with customers is so unbearable, maybe she’s in the wrong job! To top it off, I clearly asked TWICE for “habanero” sauce, paid for it, and still didn’t get it. What’s the point of paying when your team can’t even handle basic instructions?

It’s clear your employees have ZERO interest in serving customers or doing their jobs properly. Either get rid of this crew or train them how to actually behave in front of paying customers.

My bun was burned the chicken was dry had no sauce and the fries were tasteless had to wait for 30 minute for my food to arrive the staff were just talking the whole time and didn't make my food until I told them to and they were giving me bad looks the whole time
