I come here pretty often through out the week as I think this place is one of the better McDonald’s I’ve had than most. I have come through the last couple nights after work, I’ll say about 6 times in the last 2 weeks and I have noticed they don’t give out the monopoly cups. Is this only a daytime thing, I get I was there at 2-3 am sometimes but it’s advertised on the menu and I see the cups from the window. Not to make it weird or that I’m complaining because it’s not that big of a deal, I just want to know how it works. I attached a photo I just went through the drive through and it’s 1:59 am, I wish I had photos of the others but I want to show that it’s still ongoing.

Would have been nice if the food would have been at least luke warm. Fries were cold. Burgers had ketchup and about 3 pieces of onion. Pickle the size of a dime

I ordered a chicken wrap and the guy made the wrap without gloves in front of me and when I asked them about this, it seems they had no problem without the gloves and it’s normal for them then I told them it’s the policy you are making food so it should be with the gloves, instead of being apologetic they said no we don’t have policy like this then I said please I’m requesting that make my food with gloves. After this they made the food with gloves but they didn’t grilled the wrap and it was too cold. On top of this all 4 people were giving me some looks and were talking like who is this guy who wants his food with gloves and stuff. No personal hate but people pay for their food and deserve best just think yourself as a customer and feel it. I hope they’ll learn something from this comment.

First time stopping in and eating inside this restaurant. Top marks for cleanliness. Sad the way the world is that they need to lock the washroom doors due to an inconsiderate few. Both my lovely wife Pat and I needed to use the washroom. After ordering and asking to use the washroom, the friendly attendant buzzed, from her side, the button to remotely unlock the washroom doors. I was delighted that it was a full size washroom and extremely clean.
Once I was out, I looked around as I awaited our meals. Once Pat came out of the woman's washroom I walked around their eating area to get a better look. This place was so very clean the day we dined (late Sept. 2025). There were a few others enjoying their meals. Three people in line before us. All was good.
Pat and I both enjoyed our identical meals.
Only 2 down points and they are extremely slight.
1. Both Pat and I always feel we get too many fries in our meals (Happy kids meal - cheeseburger). Would be nice if there's another option rather than fries. We like to share and it'd be nice to split one fries and something else between us. Pat always takes my pickle off the cheeseburger (not a fan). Pat has a gulp or 2 of the chocolate milk and I drink the remaining. Pat eats the yogurts, normally.
2. Both children's toy figurines were identical. Would be nice if they were each different. Pat and I always give the children's toys (or books) to our lovely neighbour's children. I'm sure, if one thinks about it, it'd be nice to have 2 different toys to give a person.
As stated, very minor complaints, especially for the.overall experience.
Even though this restaurant is a bit out of the way for our dining experience, we do look forward to dining here in future.

Service was so slow, they skipped over many orders and spent more time talking with eachother than actually working.. many people made comments about it. We were inside waiting for about 45 minutes.
The typical McDonalds is way faster and friendlier. I’m disappointed.

Fed up with the Morton Avenue McDonald’s night staff
I’ve had to re-order the same thing three nights in a row just to get what I actually paid for—a 12-pack of brownie cookies. Every time, I get the regular ones instead. I’ve called each night to get it corrected, and the same woman—an Indian lady who seems to be a manager or supervisor—keeps answering.
She told me she personally packed the order and acted like I was imagining things or making it up, even after I uploaded pictures showing the mistake. Tonight, when I called again, she literally pretended she couldn’t hear me, then hung up as soon as I questioned her. After that, she wouldn’t answer my number or even a backup number I tried calling from.
I wasn’t being rude—I was just trying to go in and get the cookies I paid for. This is not how customers should be treated. If you screw up someone’s order multiple nights in a row, at least fix it instead of dodging the call and acting like they’re crazy.
Absolutely unprofessional.
Good experience. Good service...
My favourite neighborhood pub. Wing night is on Thursdays...the best wings in town! Great nachos, too!
