Service was so slow, they skipped over many orders and spent more time talking with eachother than actually working.. many people made comments about it. We were inside waiting for about 45 minutes.
The typical McDonalds is way faster and friendlier. I’m disappointed.

Fed up with the Morton Avenue McDonald’s night staff
I’ve had to re-order the same thing three nights in a row just to get what I actually paid for—a 12-pack of brownie cookies. Every time, I get the regular ones instead. I’ve called each night to get it corrected, and the same woman—an Indian lady who seems to be a manager or supervisor—keeps answering.
She told me she personally packed the order and acted like I was imagining things or making it up, even after I uploaded pictures showing the mistake. Tonight, when I called again, she literally pretended she couldn’t hear me, then hung up as soon as I questioned her. After that, she wouldn’t answer my number or even a backup number I tried calling from.
I wasn’t being rude—I was just trying to go in and get the cookies I paid for. This is not how customers should be treated. If you screw up someone’s order multiple nights in a row, at least fix it instead of dodging the call and acting like they’re crazy.

Here is why this is not a normal 5/5 for a standard McDonald's. They got my order wrong, the dining area was freezing, they will not refill your drink, and the wifi blocks VPN users. My exchange with the staff showed a lack of care for the customer. They can do better.

They gave me a regular iced coffee instead of iced coffee with extra sugar and cream and when i asked them to correct it they said nooooo its what you asked for …… instead of arguing they should correct their mistakes
