Disgusting....can't even get a straw for a milkshake...customer service basically non existent. Would not eat there again if it was free.

I ordered 1 medium tea, bag in.. they punched in 1 med tea.. they gave me a med coffee with a tea bag 🙄
When I returned for them to fix it, the woman was rude and didn't offer an apology

Went through drive through and was skipped twice for vehicles at the other speaker. When I got to the window was told I was still going to have to wait. Told me to pull into a spot that already had a vehicle in it waiting for their order, then when I got my food it was not what I ordered. Will never go back to this location again. People who interact with customers need to be able to speak, read and understand English and need to have some common sense not to skip over people that have been waiting.

Too slow
we ordered a hot chocolate and a triple triple instead we got a coffee with no sugar at all and instead of hot chocolate we got a cold water with some flavour.Had to post this because we went through drive thru and didn’t want to get back in.

The worst McDonald's experience and service I ever had. It all started when the order was ready and the guy was saying #38, even though the order number was #1083. And it's not all:
1. The burger came without bacon inside, but they redo it and it came out as it should.
2. They didn't put a fork in the poutine in any of our bags, and they don't have them separately somewhere just to take if you need it. We asked them and then they gave us the utensils.
3. All the drinks we got were watery, almost no taste of the drinks we ordered, just water, ice and some food coloring. The drinks fountain didn't work? Which didn't gave me the chance to just change my drink.
I'm from Fredericton and the service there is way better than here. Maybe I got unlucky with this McDonald's, but this is just not it for Moncton.

Order 2 hot fudge sundays - took over 15 minutes to get and then the order came as hot caramel and hot fudge.

The drive through needs to do better, they wanted me to pull ahead to wait for a drink. I said no, I waited. They think they are beating the clock by cheating.

Lets start,
1. McDonalds app never works properly for this location.
2. No one speaks English uf you jave any hearing issues at all you will have issues in drivethru.
3. If you go through the drivethru be prepared to park and wait for your food because somehow with 15 people working the drive thru they still cannot not manage to get ypur food ready for you.
4. Check your order if you order more thab one meal cause it will be missing something.
5. Who i think is a Manager that i spoke to today smelt like he doesnt even know what soap is let alone how to use it.

I ordered at the kiosk and never received a printed receipt or order number. When I got my food and checked at home, two burgers were missing. I called right away, and they said they couldn't give me the burgers because I didn't have a receipt or order number. I don't understand. It doesn't make sense. I will never visit this McDonald's again.
