We ordered and one drink was iced tea and when my friend tasted it, it tasted cola and I tasted too it has sparkling that indeed tasted cola. when my friend approached a crew and told that its cola she said its iced tea that is why I tasted it. when she came back my friend told her again and she said she will get another iced tea. it sounds good but sadly her face is not pleasant 😞. My order was cajun and hot mint tea and it tasted good.

Yesterday I had a really bad anxiety attack in this location. I felt embarrassed and helpless until the staff stepped in. I had a great cashier that got me some water but I unfortunately can't remember her name 😞. It started with G and she was a petite girl with brown hair and eyes. Nick the general manager then stepped in and suggested I sit, which was a good idea. He then walked me to my car and brought my food out for me. Thank you so much! I can't express my gratitude 🙏

Restaurant was very clean and the employees were friendly.
Waited a long time for our order, which ended up being wrong and even the correction was wrong. Had to make 3 return trips to the counter.
While I was eating I saw at least 5 more customers come up with issues with their orders.
Staff was friendly but they seemed overwhelmed and understaffed.

What is wrong with this location? Everytime I go in the drive thru they mess up something in my order. Last night I went there and I was missing a burger, our rootbeer's were carbonated water, our medium fries were less than a kids fry. The staff just doesn't care about quality or service here. NEVER AGAIN will i go here. I mean I spent over $50 for 3 people to eat, I know its fast food but if your gonna charge an arm and a leg for fast food you better have quality and service.
