The way this is set up it would appear to be a high end bar, with bar style bites that are elevated.
2 glasses of wine and an appetizer was close to $60, with a tip.
The risotto arancini was undercooked and was definitely not made in house. But rather cooked from frozen, from a place like Costco. (Was $19.00) for 5 pieces.
I think if they want to elevate the experience, try to get food that isn’t cooked from frozen in a deep fryer. The view was nice, and the service was pretty good.
Albeit the wine was heavily overpriced.

Wheelchair accessibility: The elevator takes you right to the restaurant and the restaurant entrance is barrier free.
Uncertain about the table height in relation to wheel chair height, but the chairs are able to be moved to accommodate a wheelchair

Maybe now their service became great, cause everything was perfect. I came before sunset on a clear day, so the place was full and still they gave me alot of attention and served me quickly. The ambience, music, view and food were great, keep it up!

Went for a cocktail and small appetizer. Lovely atmosphere and views. A little pricey but the view was worth it.

Beautiful rooftop atmosphere leaving a lot to be desired in terms of service. When we arrived our service was great and timely. Our friends arrived and waited 35 minutes before asking for service then we were served. We asked for the bills at last call and waited till they started taking down the patio before we had to ask again for our bills. The staff were polite but we felt forgotten.

Beautiful Rooftop with disappointing service. I brought my friend who have never been to the Palette before.

When we tried to order a cocktail, the server did not know the ingredients so she was not sure whether it was available or not. Also, it was really humid inside so we asked the server if it was possible to turn the A/C on a bit more, and she replied “it’s always like this”.

The music was fine, but it turned on really loud all of sudden and it took some time for them to turn it back down so it was hard to hear the person speak right next to me.

Cherry on top was that many of the servers were on their cell phone and I didn’t see any of them washing their hands after using the phone and before serving drinks to customers.

Drinks were great, and with improvements on services, this place could be a great spot in Moncton.

We visited this rooftop bar recently. The outdoor patio is a nice spot to enjoy the weather while having some bites and drinks. Most of the food was tasty but we were pleasantly surprised by the cauliflower. The sourdough bread was quite disappointing. The service was slow and not the most attentive since the server was concerning way too many tables. The cocktails were tasty but they could improve their wine selection.

This place was decent. I’m not sure they’re quite “pulling off” what they’re going for. The service was almost awkward – trying to be overly professional without hitting the proper notes.

The burnside light beer was very good – crisp, clean, cold, refreshing.

The lobster sliders were mediocre. The buns ought to be toasted with a little bit of butter. It doesn’t make sense for them to be untoasted.

Live music was great, the gentleman on the guitar was very good.

An order of olives comes with about 30 olives lol. The olives aren’t very good, you can get better at Costco.

Overall, not a bad spot. With a few tweaks they could easily turn this into 5 stars.

Amazing space. Great sunsets if you can get a spot on their pristine rooftop. Mylene the bartender can make a mean off menu cocktail

A very small room, the food is not great, if you compare it with Europe, there is nothing to talk about at all, but by Canadian standards it is normal. I expected better :(.
