I think the food quantity should be better, because it is too small and pricey. All the rest is perfect.

Great view but the service was terrible. Servers looking at the ground while walking and it was impossible to get them to see us. When it was time for the bill I waited 15 minutes and I ended up walking toward the door and suddenly the server had time to make me pay

Was here recently and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Our drinks were fine, but when my mini burger arrived, I noticed the lettuce was dirty and had sand on it — I hadn’t even taken a bite. I showed the server, expecting at least an apology, but he just took it away and said I will go show my manager, he came back later with another plate like nothing happened. I refused it and asked for the bill.
On my way out, I asked to see the manager. Instead of apologizing, she shrugged and said, ‘Well, we took it off your bill.’ When I mentioned the sand, her exact words were, ‘THIS IS NOT A BEACH.’ Her tone and gestures were extremely rude and dismissive.
A simple apology and professionalism go a long way, but unfortunately, that was missing here.

Palette is the best thing to have happened to Moncton in a long time. Its attractive interior and a spectacular rooftop patio offer a splendid backdrop for guests looking for a stylish night out. Inventive and beautifully crafted drinks, both nonalcoholic and alcoholic, and exceptional service from management and staff, bring me back over and over again. I love introducing people to this urban gem.

Cocktails were expensive but very good and worth the price. The Music and ambience were excellent! The view of downtown and the river was nice as well.
We visited this rooftop patio for a drink and loved the experience. It was packed, but we managed to grab a seat at the bar. The service was friendly, and the cocktails were unique - perfect for anyone wanting to try something adventurous and new. We also ordered the charcuterie board (“the palette”), which we both enjoyed. It is on the pricier side, but I felt it was worth it for the quality, creativity, and overall experience.

What a beautiful bar overlooking Monctons downtown waterside beauty . We had the privilege of meeting the restaurant manager Mel and our amazing waiter Rayan.
Mel was a 10/10, old school class with a passion and love for his restaurant that oozes perfection .
What a wonderful experience.

We were in Moncton for only one night and went to Palette for a single night for a pre dinner cocktail. We were very impressed with the drinks and the excellent service.

I didn't have the chance to go I give it 5 stars because people seem to like it .it on my whishes list in the future
Was looking forward to sitting on the rooftop and enjoying a few drinks and some appetizers, but it was almost impossible to get any service.
Waited to be seated for around ten+ mins before anyone came up to us, then waited another 15-20 at the table to be hurriedly asked if we knew what we wanted. Ordered a single drink and watched other tables to see what they were ordering and eating, and to get a vibe on the place. Quite a few tables were empty with glasses or plates from previous groups, and occupied tables seemed to be waiting for new drinks or service. Unfortunately, service felt like an afterthought and tables seemed forgotten. Server was apologetic about the wait and nice etc, and it was sort of busy….but maybe there should be more staff? Patio was 3/4 full and the inside area was empty. I can only assume it gets busier as the summer goes on and the weather stays beautiful…
Didn’t bother ordering any food as it seemed to take quite a while to arrive for other tables, and it had taken almost 35mins to get the first round.
It is definitely a lovely location, especially closer to sunset. For a single drink, this is a perfect spot. However, service just doesn’t make the price tag or the waiting worth it.

It was a busy night so we put our names on the list, and us and a couple who came before us were told it would be about a 30 minute wait. So we stayed in the area and waited for the call.
1 hour later no call. Then we see a group of 5 that came after us. We saw a member of this group talk with the hostess as if they were friends. In the elevator down they were talking about how they were sure they would get in because they knew that girl. Sure enough, we’re sitting down waiting and we see that group of 5 gets let in before us and the other couple. Still, another hour after that (we’d already gone home anyways) we received no call.
1) Make it clear on your website that you need to call ahead to make a reservation.
2) It’s unprofessional and rude to give special treatment to friends of employees.
3) Don’t say it’s going to be about a 30 minute wait when you don’t even call people on the list after 2 hours.
