I didn't like the experience I had at all. I came to spend some quality time with my family, they refused to welcome us under the pretext that there was no room. When we entered we found some empty chairs we asked if we could occupy them the person in front of the door clearly told us no, we met in the elevator with two people who were at the bar who wondered why They don't want to let us in because they also saw that there was room. Finally we took the elevator to go down and we saw that there were other people going there, to our great surprise, they were able to have access. Tell me why?? I'm really disgusted with the service, I don't recommend this place, we're in big 2024. And it just happened just now!!!!!! Honestly it’s really sad!!!!

Loved the atmosphere.Service was awesome.Food was as delicious. (Oysters Rockefeller, French onion dip). We weren’t a fan of the cauliflower but mainly because of the sauce. Someone else might love it; that’s just not our taste.Thank you to all the servers. Well done.

Today we stopped into Palette before the wine fest. It was busy, so we had a seat at the bar. The drinks were impeccable, the bartender was friendly and sociable all while making drink after drink. I was impressed with her service and the time she took to speak with us although she was busy. We didn’t get the chance to try to the food today , but the plates we did see leaving the kitchen looked appetizing. We will definitely be back again.If you like pear , I highly recommend their pear martini.
