I visited Papa John's with my parents, and we decided to order XL pepperoni pizza and chicken wings. Both were really great! The pizza was prepared on the spot and not reheated. It was too big for the price too since we only got it for 17$. The chicken is tasty and the sauce we got was garlic which is savory too!
The staff were all very courteous and friendly, we were greeted once we came and gave us food suggestions. Overall a nice experience for us! :)

I visited Papa John's in Moncton with my friends, and we decided to take out Oreo bites and jalapeño bites. Both were absolutely fantastic! The Oreo bites were a sweet treat, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the jalapeño bites offered a delightful kick of spice. We loved every bite! The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for delicious snacks and great service, Papa John's in Moncton is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Went in to papa John's and ordered a cheesy burger pizza which I have been eager to try. Was told by the employee that they did not have any beef! No beef!!!! They are situated 2 minutes away from the meat market. How can a pizza place have no beef to put on pizza which they advertise. Total disappointment in this establishment. This is the second time we tried to order and was told they didn't have any beef. My husband replied" you must be kidding?" They replied no while laughing thinking this was funny. Where have the professionalism gone???

The garlic butter is best part and when u order it as well u should get it . Love the pizza was excited , but fustrated I can’t enjoy it how I like it .

Entered the store and was calling out to the staff to come take my order. He kept turning the dough not paying any attention to my calls. Then as I was going out of the store, a Caucasian lady stepped into the store, and the guy came to attend to her. That was disrespectful, discriminatory and very poor customer service standard. Although they make good pizza, I would rather patronize other stores that value their customers irrespective of nationality or origin. Fantastic food , buy very poor customer services.

Ordered and the food never arrived. The delivery person then lied and said that they tried to call with no answer and yet I had no missed phone calls. They refused to deliver the food afterwards and were very rude.
