I fell in love with Papa John's pizza the first day I ordered in. Delivery was within time. Actually early. The delivery driver was very polite.. but then came the amazing food. The ingredients on the pizza that I ordered was so delicious. Full of amazing flavor and the pizza sauce is to die for. And their pizza dough. Light fluffy so delicious. If you're looking for a great delicious pizza. Papa John's is the perfect place. 😀

At 639 Mountain Rd, I saw employees preparing pizzas without gloves, using their phones at the same time, and not respecting basic hygiene rules.

I like the pizza, but not from this location. I went there last Thursday to order a pizza around 9:40 p.m. — we were still deciding at the counter when the girl staff rushed us to choose quickly because the place was about to close. We left immediately. Terrible experience.

Do not order pizzas here expecting them to be on time. Ordered 9 pizzas online for pick up at 11:15 am. Showed up at 11:25 am and my pizzas were no where near ready. Told to wait another 20 mins. They never called or emailed saying it’s delayed. Staff not trained and no concept of time readiness. These pizzas were for a lunch meeting so will not order here again. To say the least the pizzas were ok.

Not a bad experience. I went and ordered online beforehand, but the pizza wasn't ready at the estimated time. However it was Friday so I do expect some delay, regardless the food was top notch and tasted spectacular. Will definitely be ordering from this Papa John's again once I'm in the area
