Bad management and its been that way for roughly 5-7 years. It used to have the only BBQ pizza worth ordering in town. Now its not even offered as an option in any context that makes any sense. Again the Owner hired these guys to represent them. Its a Choice as is me actively steering business from them since 2017 when i worked security downtown. I'd warn people about the Choice Ownership made to lower the bar and cut corners. I contacted Papa John's Corporate but they dont seem to reply back and seem to be ok with it unlike Pizza Delight who stepped in 6 months after a complaint where their business left up a broken front window for 2 years . I pointed out the cost and complaints at city hall meetings about it violating the city bilaws. Eventually ill hear something worth writing and have their corporate overlords force a sale because again this Ownership made a choice to not remain competitive in his wage taking lower quality in their management by choice and it shows. The best part of Papa Johns is their Delivery driver who's become kinda obselete since skip the dishes undercut their deliver fee by half. Bad Ownership should automatically void any deal because i believe the employee's are put in a no win situation due to their cheapness.

I got the latter option. I enjoyed it. My partner did not.

This location has gone down hill over the last little while. Terrible service from the Employee who took my order... felt like I was bothering him when I called and place an order. Maybe the Franchise owner should reconsider who they hire. The food was cold... thought most delivery services had heated bags when delivered. Food was no where near what it appeared on their menu...extremely skimpy with everything. Will never buy from this place again. Guess these people are not aware that people that purchase from them pay their wages. Good luck

Always good when we go. If I can suggest adding a suggestion box to the online order, it would help rather then call to make the changes to the dipping sauces we want.
