Had lobster chow mein, if pieces were any smaller I would have needed a magnifying glass.

Today i decided to give this restaurant a try, which is just 100 m from my house. I ordered super special online. As soon as i entered the restaurant i realized a made a mistake of ordering the from this restaurant. This place smells like wet rotten cardboard, i swear. In my order i just ate pineapple chicken balls thats it, rest i had to throw and i felt so bad for wasting the food. Sorry to say i’ll never return to this restaurant.

All I can say is don’t judge a book by the cover , it’s not fancy inside but we’ve been ordering Chinese food from here for so many years I’ve lost count . Always consistently delicious , good size portions and at an affordable price !! We usually order the #9 and the Super Special.

I call give my order. He tells me 20 min. He has an accent so a little hard to understand.
Atmosphere is a little sketchy. But food is always good.
I walk in food is ready. Always hot and plentiful.
Would recommend. Please don't let the atmosphere turn you off. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Love Phoenix.

So yesterday for supper we decided to give this place a try. Meaning it was our first time ever ordering there. Not only is the menu outdated on the internet, but they get mad at you for not knowing it’s outdated. When my husband went to pick it up, he kindly asked the man “do you not call to let us know it’s ready” the man replied “you should know”.I mean considering it was our first time trying this place how are we going to know when our food will be ready if you don’t tell us.Then once he rang it up, the price obviously didn’t match. What the online price said so my husband asked how is it so much,The man said , you see here! It’s 2016.Okay than update you Information online.Other wise it’s false advertising. He also told my husband if you don’t like don’t take….Like it’s our fault we didn’t know anything? Not to mention when my husband also walked into see if it was ready, there was no snow removal so he had to track through snow to get in the door,The man ignored him for about 5 minutes while he was writing on paper and answering the phone.Food- great.Service - very poor.Speed- well you should know.

Only main problem is price.. need to update as online a dinner for 4 says about 40some odd.. but when called came to a total of 70$.. will not order again. Can get a few nice steak dinners for that price.

I really and truly don't understand how this place such a high rating. The chicken balls were very bland, no seasoning or flavour at all. The Szechuan beef was the worst I'd ever had with barely any beef in it. It was mostly all vegetables which is definitely not how a traditional Szechuan beef is supposed to be. The fried rice was okay. The egg rolls were pretty bad, it was a combo of flavours that didn't really work well together. This restaurant supposedly satisfies the local palette, but if you're from a province that has actual flavourful and good food, this place will be a huge disappointment. For $50 (the prices on the menu pictures are outdated and lower) and based on the reviews, I expected much better. If this is supposedly the best in town I might as well stop searching for good Chinese food.

Small take out place, but food definitely hits the spot! Everything we ordered was delicious and fairly priced! Owners are also sweet - would recommend to anyone passing through the Moncton area!
