We went for lunch today and we were very impressed by the service here. Our server was very friendly. Her name was Sanmeet. Also, the nachos were amazing. I would definitely visit again soon.

If I could give 0 stars it would be 0. Normally I have good service at pizza delight but this time I tried the one by the community college here in Moncton NB. I had a air conditioner behind me and had blasting cold air down my neck. Asked if it could be turned off or on heat (temperature out side 5 degrees) nothing was done. Asked if I could be moved told they were full (when I left they were less than half full). So sat shivering with Ice cold hands and cold food. Finished and set my plate on the side of my table to let them know I was done and waited and waited for my bill. The three other tables who arrived, ordered after me and finished after me all got their bills first and were gone before I received mine. This is unacceptable service. Never again for this Pizza Delight.

I have a wonderful experience with (Sanmeet) at (pizza delight 1313). She was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcomed right from the start. Her knowledge of the menu really helped us choose our meal , and she checked in on us at just the right Times. Overall, her friendly demeanor and excellent service made our night out truly enjoyable. Thank you!
I've been to many Pizza Delight locations and I've always been satisfied. I'm sad to say that this one was the exception! This Saturday I stopped in for some dinner and there was an ant trail near the table, I pointed it out to the waitress and she said nothing. For the rest of the meal she was silent and cold, but she spoke loudly in Punjabi with her coworkers and at one point I saw them looking and gesturing towards me. I have worked in the service industry myself and I was not at all rude, but I felt very uncomfortable and like I was being spoken negatively about. It was just rude and bad manners to speak in a foreign language about a customer who is right there. I do not think I will be back here for that reason.
