I recieved delivery today. I haven't had pizza hut in about 10 years. Why, I dunno but wow, was it damn good. It was fast, came hot and so delicious. Unfortunately, I don't live in town so we can't order delivery but today was an exception. The crust, I usually leave behind as does the kids. Not today. Every inch was devoured. I'm trying not to eat another piece right now. Lol. I'll be ordering again next time I'm in the area craving pizza. Thank you

As a customer, my experience at Pizza Hut has always been excellent, largely because of the outstanding staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude. The employees were polite, attentive, and made sure my order was taken correctly and served promptly. Even during busy times, the staff remained calm, professional, and efficient. What stood out the most was how genuinely they seemed to care about customer satisfaction—checking in to make sure everything was okay and going the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that good service is a priority here, and it definitely keeps me coming back.

Didn't change gloves after dealing with change that fell on the floor and then proceeded to pick up frozen chicken out of the bag with same gloves on to put in the fryer. Had to be told by employee to change gloves after we told the cashier she didn't change her gloves

Very loud and not a clean place. Regular restaurants are far better than this Pizza Hut outlet. And the pizza also not tasty as we used to have from other outlets.

I had a lot of trouble with the app trying to order the big New Yorker pepperoni pizza. Normally, I don't have any trouble using the app like this time. 🤷♀️ When I arrived, I paid right away. When they handed me the box. I thought they had the wrong order. The box was too light to have pizza in it. When I opened it, I couldn't believe Pizza Hut would ever serve such a thin, burnt, and made too small for the box pizza. To top it off because it's a big Pepperoni New Yorker pizza I expected at at least the one pepperoni topping but no, the app gives you a no topping pizza eventhough you select the big New Yorker pepperoni pizza. I also ordered extra cheese. I worked at Pizza Hut when I was young, and I am a pretty good customer to Pizza Hut in Fredericton; There was definitely not the extra cheese that I ordered on that burnt excuse for too thin of a pizza. I tried to refuse this awful wrongly made order that I didn't want, but because I already paid before I saw it, they would not make me a proper pizza. I was still at the cash, never left the store, and completely was not satisfied with what they had served me. They insisted that if I wanted the pizza made right, I would have to keep the awfully made pizza I had no interest in and pay for an additional pizza. Not the kind of service or quantity you would except from Pizza Hut. I showed everyone the pizza they gave me, and no one could believe it. Please check your pizza before you pay, or this location will treat you poorly and have you taking home a less quality pizza than a frozen pizza from your local grocery store at 10 times the price 🥶💙💁♂️ SMH Awful experience. I have never been more upset in my life when I picked up a pizza from anywhere! I had to go order food somewhere else to have supper when I left. It was totally not fair or right. Shane on them.

Ordered a 2 topping pizza, it was burnt. Called to let them know and the woman on the phone said that is how it’s supposed to be! I eat their pizza about once a week or used to at least, so i am pretty sure thats not how it’s supposed to be.
