I had my first experience with Pomodori. The pizza was delicious, although I do have a complaint. One staff member in particular his name was Matt or Matthew, gave exceptional service. I went to lunch with a friend after work and initially received a burnt pizza, which was disappointing. Matthew stepped in and personally made, cooked, and served me a new pizza with no complications, while the other staff seemed to be surfing the web and chatting. Great job, Matthew!

I used to love this place, it was my favourite after work meal. As good as the food was, a young man named Matthew made the experience ten times better. I went in the past week to get my Pomodori fix, and I learned Matthew was no longer working there. I do not know what happened but all I need to say is shame on you Pomodori Moncton, for letting go of such a great young man. He was the most determined worker there and a great reason I returned. He never failed to put a smile on my face. You just lost a loyal customer.

Friendly efficient and consistent!! Love their promos also, they are very engaging! I would highly recommend trying if tou haven’t yet you will not be disappointed, been to the Moncton and Dieppe locations

I’ve had it with this company. Last time I ordered a whole wheat margarita with vegan cheese, and it came with no cheese (despite being charged).
This time I place an online order, same thing. I drive all the way there, go to pay, and he says they have no vegan cheese. What is the point of making me put my phone number on an online order if the employees won’t call to tell me they don’t have what I ordered? Total waste of time. Never again.

Tuesday October 7th 2025 Walked in at 12:20 placed my order and tried to pay cash.
Told me they couldn't accept it because they have no float, I told them to keep the change anyways for a tip and they still wouldn't accept it.
Not sure how that makes any sense. Easy way to lose out on a sale, not sure why they are denying legal tender.
Update : Received a email the same day to say they are looking into it and cant understand why or how it happened. Will try again another day and update review with food.
Update : Returned October 17th roughly 7:30 Pm.
Cashier/hostess was beyond exemplary and displayed incredible hospitality to ensure our visit was terrific i did not catch this young lady's name but she was so kind.
Food came in a reasonable time and was fresh and tasty a huge miss for me turned into a big hit from 1 star to 4 very quickly!
