The restaurant's menu is super diverse, yet, each and every single food there taste extremely authentic! I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants in town, nothing beats this one. I'd recommend their Beef Pho, and Bun Bo Hue

We ordered egg rolls, Singapore noodles, Szechuan chicken and Beef with Broccoli.
The egg rolls were filled with some type of paste, not recognizable.
I've had Singapore noodles from restaurants across the country and they always have a curry flavour. These had no flavour other than the two shrimp, three pieces of chicken and some shredded carrots.
The Szechuan chicken also had no added flavours that would suggest that the cook knew what they were supposed to be cooking. All the flavour was a bland starch sauce and two pieces of broccoli with tasteless chicken bits.
The beef with broccoli was, once again, flavourless. Sliced beef with under cooked broccoli in a corn starch sauce.
For $75 including tax, I would expect that I would receive food that had some likeness to the item ordered from the menu but this was not to be. Perhaps the people that have left good reviews were not expecting much or maybe they have never had the dishes that we ordered. I would never order from them again and I would never recommend this place to anyone that wanted decent Chinese food. An actual Chinese person eating here would be appalled.

I love this place or loved this place. I use to come every few weeks or so with my work team. Since the wait staff is gone (The best waitress Iāve ever had) the place has gone downhill. Long wait time to get served and the service is subpar though the food is still amazing. The old wait staff was so good that when I came in to order food for my wife after she had surgery the waitress said ādoes she want⦠the same as last time.ā The last time my wife had been here was months and months prior so this really impressed me. Just my little rant but I would do whatever you can to get your old staff back. They made the experience so much batter and faster.

Vietnamese food is quite good and reasonably authentic. Buffet was a bit disappointing as it was just standard western-style Chinese food with no Vietnamese dishes. Also the buffet costs considerably more than the $10-20 price range Google indicates; perhaps that is to be expected of buffets. Overall a great little spot for phį» with a decent buffet spread on the weekend.
I wanted the buffet to be more Vietnamese oriented but it's more of the same old Chinese buffet... Vietnamese food is so regional that's what I wanted to see and taste when going to Saigon House, I want to taste Saigon and not just off the menu which is also missing a lot of Saigon dishes!
Delicious food, great service. Best vietnamese food in town
Best Pad Thai i've had in Dieppe/Moncton, can't believe it took me so long to try them. Also had the Tom Yum soup (spicy/sour), which was delicious and absolutely loaded with shrimp. I'm very impressed.
