Stayed in moncton for business. Found this place close to the hotel. First night I got take out. Bun Kao. It was so good all I could think about was going back for lunch the next day. I ordered the same thing the next day. Restaurant just opened when we arrived and it was cold inside. However the food came hot and was so good! I heard the person telling others we were on the trip with that they wish they knew the restaurant was there sooner because they would have had all their meals there. Will 100% go back and try something else from the menu.

I’ve now been here twice recently, and both visits made it clear the restaurant is severely understaffed.
On our last visit, there was only one waitress working the entire front of the restaurant. She was serving all dine-in tables, cleaning tables, handling takeout, and managing payments completely on her own. She was clearly overwhelmed but remained polite and did the best she could.
Several tables were dirty the entire time we were there — from when we arrived until when we left. Some had just been vacated as we were seated, others became dirty while we were eating, and none were cleaned before we paid and left. The dining room felt chaotic.
The waitress also had to run outside three separate times during our visit. We weren’t sure exactly why, but it appeared to be related to payment issues — something that shouldn’t fall on one person trying to run the entire front end alone.
The food was good — that’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review.
The owner needs to do more. Proper staffing isn’t optional if you want to provide a decent customer experience. It’s not fair to the staff or the customers.
Its so good! It made me nostalgic when i was staying in Toronto. I brought me back to my favorite pho restaurant in Spadina that tasted like home. 100/10!

Food was good, small portions for the money.
The fried rice was tasty and well prepared, definitely 5 stars. However, the attention was terrible, worth 0. The service was so disappointing that I almost felt they didn't want to serve me.
I went to this restaurant for dinner with 6 other ladies. It has delicious Vietnamese food. Everyone thought it was great.

Saigon Thai Restaurant has a calming ambiance and ample seating, but service was slower than expected, making it less ideal when on a tight schedule. The waitress, though professional and attentive to dietary restrictions, informed me of a mix-up with eggs in my dish, which added to the wait but demonstrated honesty. As a vegan, I tried the Pad Thai with tofu, adjusted to be vegan. While the tofu texture was excellent, the dish overall lacked flavor, with only a hint of peanut coming from the crushed topping. I also learned many vegetarian dishes can be made vegan but would lose their intended flavor, though they mentioned the tofu curry is naturally vegan. Overall, the experience was mixed: great attentiveness but average taste.

Pad Thai - edible but bland, not very good.
Excellent food and service in a quiet relaxing atmosphere with convenient parking.
Absolutely Amazing experience. Great calming music with great theme/atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Food was amazing, definitely recommend their imperial roll! Presentation of the food was also really great! Thank you!

Ordered the traditional Pad Thai of course. Expensive to begin with. Taste wise it’s ok. Lacking slight flavour but not by much.

Had lunch. It was fine for the area. On a quiet street surrounded by shops and restaurants. Not very busy at lunch time.
