A Friend and I ordered chai lattes they ran out of mix so we had watered down milk. When we inquired she said oh we ran out of mix so I just put in what I had, here’s a tea bag it’s the same thing. She obviously has not had chai latte both ways. No informing ahead of time. How do you serve watered down milk and not say anything. I left there and went to Starbucks for my chai latte. Maybe your servers should go to Starbucks to see what it should taste like. There was no offer of - maybe I could get you something else.

I love second cup and always have a great experience and usually satisfied with what I order . But today I got a frozen hot chocolate and was extremely disappointed!They always put whip cream and there wasn't any cause they didn't have the lids for it today but on top of that it's full of ice chunks and not the smooth consistency it usually is and super disappointed in the product I bought today and not to mention it was a 8$ drink and feel it was a waste of money

I ordered a small cappuccino and my cup was filled with more than 2/3 of just foam.Staff was making fun of someone who ordered coffee just because customer asked for medium sugar.Furniture is not in good condition.Don’t recommend.Parking: Just in front of caffe.
