Interesting place. Decor, utensils, napkins and plates presentation are old style, feel like a place in the 80. The food it’s good. The lobster roll, maybe a bit too buttery but absolutely spectacular. The seafood chowder has a plenty of fish and no potatoes and deserves a try.
The server Michelle was attentive and caring.

Quality fish amd seafood. The location is basic, so is the food, but in a good way. The fish and chips (Old English Style pictured) were light and great flavour. I don't enjoy much deep fried food, this wasn't super heavy. The homemade tartar sauce was wonderful. Coleslaw can overlooked, but theirs was very good and id recommend trying it. Our table also has not pictured bacon wrapped scallop appetizer and the deep fried mars bar off the dessert menu. The marmalade and coconut shrimp were a great combo. Those that got the deep fried scallops said they were tender and very good. We would come again. Our server was very pleasant. Younger woman, very pleasant and kind. The location is very clean and tidy and id take that over a busy looking place that isn't clean looking, but there isnt a ton of atmosphere. The 80s - 90s Playlist was enjoyable though.

Was in town a week or so ago on a Friday from Halifax visiting my family and we all wanted to go out for dinner and we all wanted seafood so it was highly recommend to come here. What an incredible independent local family business. The decor was cozy, the staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. I had never heard of or had lobster poutine and decided to try it. What a wonderful experience. Huge bits of lobster, fresh Quebec cheese curds and a delicious creamy sauce over a bed of what I am guessing is fresh cut hone fries. The was delicious and filling. We all really enjoyed our food and experience. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

My grandson and his from out-of-town friend went there for lunch. They enjoyed their meals very much. Before they left, I told them I saw a new item to do with a Newfoundland poutine that sounded perfect for me. My husband Doug also said he always orders his fried clams half-cooked. Well, you guessed it. We are now enjoying clams and the new poutine in the comfort of our own home. Bless you all!

We come in for an unannounced date night and received great services from the first person we met at the door (Nikki) and was happy to wait a little for a table to open up. It didn’t take long for everyone to get seated and our server Erin took care of the next steps. Very courteous and made some suggested . Food was fantastic and would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

i think skipper jack need to have online orders or phone orders it's convenient for most customers like me, just to go and just pick-up not to wait and not creating backlogs on the parking and queue line for dining-in. 🥂

Just picked up some Lobster, smoked salmon, and candied salmon. They packed it up nicely for my flight home to Ontario. Great, friendly service!!
