I was not impress with this coffee shop outdoor seating area. My first time so I was expecting similar services as others. I was well greeted, I was disappointed that I had to go across the busy room to put the milk in my coffee.I'm handicap and it was not accessible for me. I was in disbelief because I paid a higher price than my regular morning coffee.Atmosphere very nice, clean, modern. but the steel chairs were not comfortable.

There is a girl here who made my entire week with her energy and attitude. She’s by far one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and she got my order. Perfect her name is Daphnee!

Fantastic Starbucks. It's the wonderful staff - they make you feel like you're family.

Daphne lights up the room, Nadine, I always appreciate the honorary manager updates😄. Donica, the YouTube celebrity (ask her about it). AJ, who drinks weird green smoothies, Rica, Sukh, Kara, David, Rica, and all the rest of the team (too many names) have a fantastic sense of humor, and then Amber, who pulls it all together making you feel so comfortable 🩳 you want to go everyday.

PS: Still waiting for that reserved sign for the table 😅

I can't say enough good things about my local Starbucks! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax or get some work done. The coffee is consistently fantastic, with a wide variety of blends and seasonal specialties that keep things exciting. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic brewed coffee or a creative seasonal drink, they always deliver.

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with recommendations and a smile. I love how they make it feel personal, and they've even memorized my usual order! The cleanliness of the store and the comfortable seating areas add to the overall positive experience.

Plus, their commitment to sustainability and community is commendable. I appreciate their efforts to use ethically sourced ingredients and reduce waste. Overall, Starbucks has become my go-to spot for a great cup of coffee and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable coffee experience!

Hm. Espresso in everything from water to custom-made drinks? Yes! Friendly smiling baristas whose energy and attitude reflect the feeling of getting that fix which allows you to espresso'yerself? Yes! A cool place to sit inside (the fans would agree eh?) Yes. More reasons that I'm forgetting? Yes.
Yes and more eh? I'm away for a tad but the first thing that I'm doing is myself and a couple of friends are goin right back in eh? Bees would say that I've been stung. But I've been stung with Caffeine-espresso so at'll do eh?

DON’T COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a Green Tea Frappuccino, and the lady taking the order didn’t understand me at all. I said “green tea,” she said they don’t have it. I said “matcha,” and she asked if I meant “mocha”… seriously?

After she finally figured it out, I paid and waited forever. I asked when mine would be ready, and all she said was “I don’t know, it’ll be over there.” Like, I know where it goes. I was asking when. No apology, no care.

After a long wait, I gave up, asked for a refund, and left.

I visited this loaction around 9:20 pm today, the customer service was worse. There was a guy with pony was extremely rude, i was talking to girl who was taking my order, this giy unnecessarily giving advise.

Never been to any starbuck location where i got service like this. I was travelling in from another province and this giy gave me really bad experience.

Today at around 3:20 PM, I entered the store to order my drink, opting for the indoor service since the drive-through line was long, and the inside was empty. I soon realized why everyone chose the drive-through. After making my drink, the staff placed it in the drive-through pickup area, which I didn’t notice until much later. Despite standing off to the side for an extended period of time, no one bothered to ask what I was waiting for. It wasn’t until 25 minutes had passed that the cashier noticed my drink in the drive-through area and handed it to me—without any apology. The lack of communication and disorganization in the store was shocking!

I am John, a regular customer. The staffs are very friendly and kind. There is a lovely staff always greeting my name whenever she meets me at the store. However, I had a bad experience at the store today. I was at the store from 2:15pm to 2:45pm today. I ordered a quad expresso with stirred white mocha pumps and EXTRA half&half cream as usual. However, it was bitter this time and the drink was filled just half of the cup. I was supposed to just take and leave but I couldn’t stand the bitterness. After looking through the label, I figured out they put only regular half&half cream, not extra. That might make my drink bitter. I told the barista and she said that it was the way the store made it. I thought we might misunderstand, then I showed her the drink label and the recent orders to identify the difference. However, she still kept saying that was the way store made it again and again with an attitude. I felt annoyed because I ordered here timelessly and I know how it should be and it was wrong amount this time. I stayed for a while because I didn’t know how to deal with that. Luckily she accepted to make it again as my request to put an extra half&half cream and add more ice to fill the cup. And finally bingo, I have the same flavour as usual. I realised I was not wrong for this one but I received an attitude without any apology. I was not really happy to have my drink anymore after going through all this experience. I don’t know why it was so hard to have my regular drink this time. I tried to talk with manager about it but I couldn’t reach to them, then I write it here. I know the store is busy sometimes and we might make the mistakes. However, the staff would rather pay attention more to customers’ demand and tackle solutions than only keep giving them explanations. It might save your time in peak hours. I am still impressed with the store hygiene and friendly staffs here. It’s my favourite place to come always.

I really enjoy studying at Starbucks locations, the staff at this store is friendly and I like that they are open until 10pm. However, I think they can do a better job at cleaning tables and sweeping throughout the day, I find there’s always a lot of flies on tables and I believe this is because of sticky tables, coffee spills and small pieces of food etc on the floor. It’s really distracting being surrounded by flies, full garbages in dining area and in bathrooms etc when trying to get some productive work done. I understand it’s a busy location, they should just have someone cleaning more frequently. As a result I go to the Dieppe location more often now because it’s cleaner, although it’s quicker for me to get to this location from home. I hope this improves. Thanks!
