Starbucks

I placed an order at this Starbucks, but my coffee did not come out for over 20 minutes without any explanation. The staff were rude and showed a complete lack of basic customer service. I am very surprised that such unprofessional service exists in Canada. I will never visit this location again. Even one star feels too generous.

The guy that took our order was nice and did a good job but when i asked for no ice in one of my drinks this young girl still put ice and me and my friend both asked for light ice in our drinks and the ice takes up half of our venti cups. my friend also had chucks of matcha not mixed and honestly disappointed in starbucks

My husband and I have had Starbucks Frappuccinos in many stores from New Brunswick to Florida as it is our morning drink while driving through the US and also from New Brunswick to Toronto. We find a lack of consistency in the making of these drinks. So far even in Moncton, the Mountain road store is the best at that. We like Starbucks coffee and use it at home and will continue to enjoy our Frappuccinos but it would be nice if they could be the same everywhere we go.

So I don’t go to Starbucks and honestly probably never will for myself. But my girlfriend does and I do buy drinks for her but will not be from this location no more. Today is her birthday and she went for a free drink and was denied it by 2 40 year old baristas 😂 was told that she had to buy one drink a week in order to redeem that offer.. do better..

Says it close at 9:00 pm. Arrived there at 7:35 pm to a little not on the counter that they now close at 7:00 pm. Update your stuff so people wouldn't drive there for nothing.

Horrendous customer service ! Add this location to the wall of shame .
Mobile pickup waited around 20 mins . They looked busy so didn’t ask and waited patiently.
Yes I did say pick up via drive thru on the app. But walked in since drive thru was backed up . After 20 mins - no one said hi or made eye contact till then- they were busy - Checked with barista who said she is busy ( barely heard that) and spoke to herself , made no eye contact and I barely heard her since she was hiding behind the machines . Checked again and another barista came in and picked it from drive thru pick up spot and handed the order with the usual - have a nice day greeting . The first barista said you made it drive thru pick up ; why would she not listen to what I had asked. Was very much aware of that - one star for a one star experience.

well. it appears this location has opted for the Temporary Foreign Worker Program to save money on overhead. Wont be returning. This is what made you guys standout.

Service crappy ordered off ubereats was taking forever was told multiple times to call restaurant and ask for them to cancel order they didn't and don't know how to clearly do there job because the other restaurant do , so technically they have taken my $ without making it right horrible service.

I was not impress with this coffee shop outdoor seating area. My first time so I was expecting similar services as others. I was well greeted, I was disappointed that I had to go across the busy room to put the milk in my coffee.I'm handicap and it was not accessible for me. I was in disbelief because I paid a higher price than my regular morning coffee.Atmosphere very nice, clean, modern. but the steel chairs were not comfortable.
