Absolutely love my local Starbucks! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, perfect for both work and relaxation. The baristas are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your order is just right. I’m a fan of their seasonal drinks, especially the Pumpkin Spice Latte in the fall! Plus, the cozy seating makes it a great spot to catch up with friends or read a book. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great coffee experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lady serving me was asking orders from her work colleagues as I was there in line for 20 mins and when I confronted her then she told me they already ordered but her colleague just paid in front of me. That’s so unprofessional of them. I counter lady name is EMILY. I was there in my break

Today I had gone to the Starbucks in superstore and ordered an iced strawberry oat matcha latte with strawberry cold foam the man working around 1 pm was a server I had had before and he had made my drink completely wrong before I had asked for a white mocha with chocolate cold foam and he had ended up giving me a black coffee with chocolate cold foam and pumps a pecan then when I realized my drink was wrong I had went back down and said my drink was wrong and he told me that I must be confused and that I was the one who must have asked for the wrong on the drink then I showed him my receipt on my drink which clearly showed the drink I had ordered then when he remade my drink he had made it wrong again. Then today he had given me a plain matcha latte without of the add ons I had for which is even more money for each extra thing I get and I end up getting a drink which doesn’t have the strawberries or the cold foam. If you want people to actually buy drinks from you then get rid of this guy who can’t even make a drink properly.

Staff working behind the counter were excellent, prompt and drinks were made correctly.
Witnessed an employee named Marsh order (presumably while on break) and then verbally berate other staff about the quality of their drink and complaining that their shots were dead last time. They then reached angrily behind the counter to grab caramel drizzle when it wasn't on their drink before haughtily walking into the back. Props to the staff for handling it well, but it's dissapointing to see staff treated that way by a customer let alone staff to say the least. Severely negatively affected my experience and was not in line with the standards I normally see from the staff.
