They really should update the menu on the app asap whenever they run out of ingredients; no fault of the person at the counter though and I got a refund quick

This is my top choice Starbucks in Moncton to go read or work. It’s typically quiet as most people sitting go to do work or chill. I’ve never had a wrong order here.
Update: it’s a shame that Starbucks as a whole has stopped serving vegan food other than a bagel with no Vegan toppings.

this is our go to spot on the way to Costco, we live out of town and stop every chance we get. the staff is top notch and super friendly. They are quick and efficient and you can tell they have fun. keep up the great work!

Pam gave my husband and I great service this morning. We both agreed it was the best customer service interaction we have had in ages. Not only did she give us great recommendations when we were uncertain of the menu, but her energy was uplifting and so contagious, it made us happy :)

My first not so great experience since this Starbucks opened. 99% of the time the service & employees are really good, but today it wasn't. #1 We ordered online and got to the window shortly after, the lady told us in a dry tone to"drive slowly" at the window since our order wasn't ready yet... Instead of just telling us come up to the window, were working on it now. #2 we received one of the drinks as a grande but was supposed to be venti so when we let her know she took it back and we saw they just put it in a venti cup, added a shot of espresso and added ice to fill it up to the top, but my drink specifically said light ice. #3 I was left with a very strong, half filled with ice coffee and you couldn't even taste the lavender syrup anymore. Unfortunately did not have time to return to the store.

This morning made me realize to NOT return at Starbucks. Even after spending $80 on 3 coffee’s & 3 breakfast sandwich and 1 to go metal cup, they insisted on charging me for extra milk for me coffee. 0.80 cents. No other Starbucks ever charged me for extra steam milk and this location yes. Either they all have to charge me or not. This is disappointing especially after all these years of drinking Starbucks coffee.

I cannot give enough stars to the staff, the service, the product of this coffee shop. You need to experience it yourself. They are welcoming to anyone even dogs any size, any breed. The staff is so amazing, again you need to experience it yourself. We drive 20 mins on weekends and sometimes the week to get coffee there. When we have a Starbucks in our own town. This says a lot.
