Pretty disappointing shopping at one of your regular stores to come out the front door, the cart gets stuck on an indentation on the curb and my whole $200 worth of food goes flying out the cart. Should look at keeping your curb in better shape so your customers don’t trip and hurt themselves like it just happened to me right now.
I spent over 4 hours in chat on direct calls with PC express line and PC Optimum line and got no where with my missing points inquiry. I would like to give HUGE outs to the express team at the store who where able to fix the problem and were very understanding. from the time they picked up to the end they were amazing!!! thanks again for all your help this is why I only go to this store and will continue to! amazing staff working there!!!
