Quick and efficient. And Grace makes the best drinks ever. Best Brown sugar ice espresso I’ve had at any Starbucks.
I couldn't believe how rude the manager was today extremely childish totally out of line absolutely disrespectful. Needs to fix her self if she's representing this store, she shouldn't even be managing a garbage can with that attitude!!!!!!
MEGAN the manager NEEDS to be fired, Extremely rude, has gotten multiple orders wrong and has no remorse for her poor behavior. I couldn't even believe she was a manager when they told me.
Best one in Moncton in my opinion. They always make sure my drink is right for me. Lovely place :)
Got a frappuccino, and it was good. Only 1 staff member was working at the time, so while they were pleasant and friendly, it did take about 15 minutes to get my mobile order.

The Starbucks inside Super Store on Main Street, Moncton, is a gem! The baristas here are not only incredibly pleasant but also masterful in crafting drinks that surpass expectations. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing break while awaiting shopping. This Starbucks has truly set a high standard for both service and beverage quality. Highly recommended for a delightful coffee experience!

Small format coffeeshop conveniently located inside Superstore. Typical Starbucks modern decor, themed seasonally.
Individual and group seating available, some with free standing chairs and booth type seating on one side. Has seating space for roughly 20 people and has wheelchair friendly seating.
Every time I visit, it is quite busy with dozens of people in line. There are two cashes, so the line typically moves quickly, seldom does it more than 10 minutes to be served.
At the time of my visit, the common areas were clean. The store is very well illuminated thanks to a combination of natural and artificial light.
I ordered a large coffee and a large ice water. I was never asked my name as per starbucks standard, but I don't really care for that personally. The cashier was friendly and personable.
I had both my items no more than 5 minutes after I paid. Service was quick.
I used the booth seating at the back. My seating area and table were clean. While sitting, I immediately noticed that the bottom of the window near my feet was full of dirt and debris. After examining the full length of the windowsill, it was similarly dirty from end to end.
My only other complaint pertains to garbage receptacles, or the lack thereof and the positioning of the only one they have.
There appears to only be one publically available garbage receptacle, which is located at the front of the store.
To access the garbage receptacle, you have to navigate through the line of people waiting to place their order.
When it is not busy, it is not a huge inconvenience, but when it is busy, it is very difficult to navigate.
Customers shouldn't have to navigate through the sea of numerous customers standing in line to access the garbage receptacle.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible seating at individual tables and at a larger family size table.

Bought two go cups and they won't wash the lids.????? They washed the cup not lid so I was shocked.
They took so long 1 person before me and 5 staff working. I ordered a brownie they didn’t have that after 15 minutes of me waiting then they barely had any other food. They also can’t make the drinks proper at
