I went to Main Street Starbucks for the first time today and the staff was very friendly and welcoming compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to this has to be the best one I’ve visited so far hope they keep up the good work!

Bad experience. When I arrived, I showed my mobile order to the staff and specifically explained a change in the milk because I am allergic to oat milk. The drink I ordered was a Lavender Matcha Latte. However, the staff member did not bother to read or listen to my order properly.
As a result, I received two grande cups instead of the venti size shown in the picture I presented. Moreover, the drinks I was given did not even have the color of matcha — they looked as if coffee had been added.
What upset me even more was the staff member’s dismissive and disrespectful attitude toward me. I cannot help but question if I was treated this way because I am Asian. This is the first time I have experienced such treatment at Starbucks, and it is extremely disappointing to encounter possible racial bias in such a globally recognized brand.

I couldn't believe how rude the manager was today extremely childish totally out of line absolutely disrespectful. Needs to fix her self if she's representing this store, she shouldn't even be managing a garbage can with that attitude!!!!!!

The Starbucks inside Super Store on Main Street, Moncton, is a gem! The baristas here are not only incredibly pleasant but also masterful in crafting drinks that surpass expectations. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing break while awaiting shopping. This Starbucks has truly set a high standard for both service and beverage quality. Highly recommended for a delightful coffee experience!
