I wish i could give 0 star for the customer service received from an old lady of afternoon shift.I want to add the extra chicken in my sandwich and ready to pay for it but she is shouting to his colleague that why he want to add chicken.Did i asked for free?It not the way to treat customers.

After placing an order on line using the app. I stated to put the sauce on the side. When I received my order - it was covered in sauce. I called to stated just that. The guy on the phone stated- “what would you like me to do about that!” My reply was- “well I can’t eat it like that!” He then repeated “what would you like me to do about that?” Again. I repeated “I can’t eat it like that!” He then went silent! I asked if he was still on the line- and I get “yes I am.” Me- “what are you going to do with the fact we can’t eat the food?” Him-“ well I asked you 3 times what you wanted me to do- and I just started my shift, I didn’t do anything wrong. You placed your order online I will refund it to the app and that is all I have to say to you! Then he hung up. Last time I use your app, delivery or order from that location. I didn’t even want to give them 1 star! Terrible service. The first thing he should have said was I’m sorry, would you like me to replace that for you? But that would have been correct and too easy to do.

Only giving one star because the place says wheel chair accessible but it isn’t. I went there with a client who is a wheelchair user. The sidewalk isn’t paved like a ramp, the door isn’t automatic. So if a wheelchair user was alone they couldn’t have entered the premises at all.
Never ever go there ,rude costomer service they don’t know how to deal with costomer , make wrong orders , never go there to waste money

The worst place to come, very bad customer service. They don’t let you use the washroom expect you’re buying something. The sales rep is so rude talking to customers. Stay off if you’re having a goodday cause the sales rep will give you a bad day.
