I went to subway after work to get a quick bite to eat. I was scrolling on the subway website and came across multiple deals. « Buy a 12in. Get a 6in. For 1.99 » the lady looked at it and made me scanned it and said this is expired. I told her why is it advertised on your website then? Maybe it’s just me but honestly there was about 6 different offers all « expired » on the website. Lady there was very rude in general also. Will not be returning to that location

I mean yeah its a subway, but on the second visit buddy already remembered my order. I'm an awkward looking guy, but not that awkward looking that you should remember me second trip, well played.

Very nice service, i got exactly what I ordered, i got better recommendations from them.
I was in drive thu to give order these people were never in hurry.
There was a philippnian girl, i am forgetting her name may be say, she was working there and she was very polite while working.

I wish i could give 0 star for the customer service received from an old lady of afternoon shift.I want to add the extra chicken in my sandwich and ready to pay for it but she is shouting to his colleague that why he want to add chicken.Did i asked for free?It not the way to treat customers.
After placing an order on line using the app. I stated to put the sauce on the side. When I received my order - it was covered in sauce. I called to stated just that. The guy on the phone stated- “what would you like me to do about that!”
My reply was- “well I can’t eat it like that!”
He then repeated “what would you like me to do about that?” Again. I repeated “I can’t eat it like that!”
He then went silent! I asked if he was still on the line- and I get “yes I am.”
Me- “what are you going to do with the fact we can’t eat the food?”
Him-“ well I asked you 3 times what you wanted me to do- and I just started my shift, I didn’t do anything wrong. You placed your order online I will refund it to the app and that is all I have to say to you!
Then he hung up.
Last time I use your app, delivery or order from that location.
I didn’t even want to give them 1 star! Terrible service.
The first thing he should have said was I’m sorry, would you like me to replace that for you? But that would have been correct and too easy to do.
