Subway closes at 1am but the guy on counter didn’t open door 12:30 said it was close.

Subway Location – 980 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB.
I placed an order through Uber Eats [ my first time using Uber Eats, or any other, similar services of its type (e.g., Skip the Dishes, Doordash, etc.) ]. The order from the Subway location –complicit in this fraudulent transaction in June 2025, is the one at 980 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB.
Somehow, the order was processed with multiple additional items that I did not choose, order, select, or even request. If you've ever ordered anything from Uber Eats, then you already know, there is NO going back. Their website is entirely AI generated, nor is there any possibility to speak to an actual human, on any of their platforms. No 1-800 number, literally nothing! While being kept in an Infinite loop with the Uber Eats AI generated UberHelp for 40 minutes. The Subway – 980 Mountain Road location did nothing to help, let alone even try. But, here's the rub. Despite that, I informed this subway location of the very expensive error. There was no attempt by subway or its staff, of correcting the $$$ error, even prior to the delivery driver picking up the order (according to the tracking of the order). There was also, never an attempt to deliver the order to my address (which is evident by the security camera footage). Despite that it wasn't delivered, the driver still gave themselves a hefty double-digit $$ Tip, which I was notified by email an hour and 40+ minutes later. Which was just moments after, receiving an email claiming that the order was delivered … which was also an hour and 40+ minutes later, from placing the order. So, unfortunately, I can’t speak to food quality since I never received it. As for the store's staff and management. They are the most Incompetent group of individuals who lack the necessary skills or abilities to understand, and perform, their simple tasks effectively. Let alone trying to correct or attempt to find a solution.

The matter is now in the hands of the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, Consumer Protection NB, and the RCMP’s Cybercrime / Commercial Crime unit.

Don't bother wasting your money here.. Woman was rude, no smile, did not acknowledge me. The guy putting the vegetables was STINGY asked for extra spinach and cucumbers and he did not deliver. Poor experience.$ 9.65 for this is a rip off.

I visited this Subway today and was really disappointed with the hygiene. The staff member was making a non-vegetarian sub before my order and used the same gloves to handle the veggies afterward, without changing them. As a vegetarian, this is really upsetting. Cross-contamination like this is a big deal, and it shows a lack of basic food safety and respect for dietary preferences. I expect better standards from a place like Subway.

Sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes last night with only one car ahead of me, to then receive cold food that went in the garbage. Only positive from this experience was I had a coupon so it wasn't 20 bucks for a change. 20 minutes wait is unacceptable and don’t use the fact you were dealing with a demanding Uber driver as an excuse. Tell him to move and that you have other customers to serve.

Tried this place in a pinch because there wasn’t much open and I won’t be back. Firehouse subs is so much better.
