GAMETIME

After a dehumanizing experience at the Riverview Coverdale Subway, with no follow-up from Carla the manager, on Guig#213(server)horrible & dehumanizing behavor; I wasn’t sure I’d return.

But trying to be consistent with healthy & affordable meals, I visited Subway 1849 Main St. The restaurant was spotless,(cleanlines is one of the main things I look for in an eatery) the staff welcoming, and Bre, Hasher, and their teammate worked seamlessly as a team. Even Manager Parsha, who was on cash, was kind and friendly, (do I want to make it a combo) he showed where to retrieve napkins, straw etc.

Without Harher even asking or gesturing, Bre handed Hasher what she needed without asking, this demonstrated teamwork & comradery, spoke volumes about their teamwork and respect for each other and their customers.

1. Cleanliness. 2. Respect. 2. Teamwork.

Subway 1849 Main St. has earned a new loyal customer. Thank you, Bre, Hasher & Parsha, for showing that great service still exists.

Went to this location and asked for extra cucumbers and peppers. Literally put a extra 2 pieces on and refused to put more on that 8 slices for a footlong. Poor service. Arguing over what I wanted on my sub. Other customers heard this and left too.

Not impressed. I Ordered 2 subs online a week ago and they didn’t put any lettuce which I asked for. Today again, I ordered another 2 subs with more lettuce, more onion and more pickles and again there was no lettuce and very little onion and pickles. Half of one of the subs had 1 piece of onion and pickle. Will not be returning to this store and will not be ordering online again. You need to be there to ensure they make it the way you request it.
