This is the second time this store has messed up my order, and their handling of mistakes is absolutely terrible. The first time, I ordered one chicken sub and one steak sub. When I got home (I was out of town at the time), I realized they had given me two chicken subs. When I called to report the issue, they insisted I was wrong and demanded I bring the sub in to prove their mistake. Eventually, they agreed to accept a photo—on a different day. Unfortunately, I went into my work rotation and then back to school, so I couldn’t send the photo. I was very upset about that.

Now, this time, I ordered two subs—one chicken and one steak, as usual—and I specifically asked for two different sauces and extra of each. When I arrived, the girl who didn’t make my sub asked the one who did, “Did you put extra sauce?” Seriously? I nearly choked when I bit into it—it was so dry.

After wasting my gas to bring the subs back as proof, they had the audacity to ask if I wanted extra sauce on the side or if I wanted them remade. I asked for them to be remade, but they didn’t even apologize. Then, when I got home, I realized they gave me extra sauce—but only for one of the sauces. The chicken sub was supposed to have piri piri and mayo, but they only added extra mayo. The bourbon steak was supposed to have BBQ and mayo, but they only added extra BBQ and didn’t include any mayo at all.

This place is unreal. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Subway. Their understanding of customer service is far below acceptable. And to complain on the Subway Canada website you have to complain to a bot who only let's u use 225 characters.

Got a recent disappointment from 100 Morton store. I ordered from my phone around 5:15 am while I was at work and set up time to pick up at 7:10am. And then I went to the store and she said she didn’t see any orders at her screen and she looked so upset to me for no reason. I show her my screen and she just kept saying no but nothing help. Zero knowledge and zero help from her. I even show her my bank app and she still kept saying no but nothing. So I lost my money and I don’t even want to try to solve the problem because I don’t see any help from that store or staff. This is the last time for me. Thanks

Very disappointing service from this Subway location. I did indeed ask for it to be double toasted but I have gotten this sub at every location and the quality of this sub at the location is down right ridiculous. I asked for extra meat and extra cheese and this is what I got. The lady that served me was rude and lacked customer service.

UNSANITARY STAY AWAY!!!!!!! SEPTEMBER 14th MANAGER ON DUTY WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN I SHOWED HER SOMETHING WAS IN MY SUB. IT WAS WOOD!!! SHE LAUGHED AND REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SHE DIDN'T OFFER TO REPLACE OR REFUND MY SUB EVEN AFTER I SHOWED HER THE ITEMS I FOUND IN IT. THE HYGIENE AND ATTITUDE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL WASS DISGUSTING AT ALL LEVELS EVEN INCLUDING THE FOOD.

I was charged an extra 2 dollars for the same thing i order at the other subway, do you charge extra for dining inside the store? If that so why i was told to sit on the sides while the store was empty, well no wonder it was empty. Just awful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The sandwich maker (I believe her name was Roselyn, though I may not have it exactly right) was extremely rude during my visit. Rather than being welcoming or helpful, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management addresses this issue, because customer service is just as important as the food.

I did not receive good service at this Subway, 100 Morton Ave location.The staff seemed to be in a hurry for no reason, even though there was no rush. Because of that, the service felt rushed and not welcoming. I hope they can improve their customer service.
