I did not receive good service at this Subway, 100 Morton Ave location.The staff seemed to be in a hurry for no reason, even though there was no rush. Because of that, the service felt rushed and not welcoming. I hope they can improve their customer service.

Generally, I have a great experience at this location, however, last night I had a bit of an odd situation occur. I had seen online on their website that their B.M.T was on a special promotion at 5.99$. So i arrive at the counter and present the worker with the advertisement and inquire if the promotion is valid at the location. She quickly confirms with another employee through her headset that yes that deal is valid. So i go through with my order and build my sandwich, only to be told at cash (by the same person who confirmed through the headset) that the promotion is actually not valid and it has expired. After a bit of back and forth, and reiteration that originally I was informed the deal was valid, I got my sandwich at the promotion price. While this issue was resolved in the end I do believe I should not have had to fight to pay the price I was told from the beginning.
Decent spot, it would appear that the roast chicken has joined my long lost rib. I shed a single tear while I ate my diced chicken thing. But in the end I was full.

Don't order online, orders don't go through but they take the money for it.

Zero service, I ordered online from their website but didn’t sign up or something, I was showing them order details and they say we don’t have with your name we can’t give you and they don’t even know that their system shows surname and initial of first name they keep argue that they don’t have order on my name. Then I told them my full name and then they showed me it’s my order after arguing15 minutes when they don’t know how their POS system works.

Visited the subway, girl who served us her name is priya and she was so professional and served us with smile on her face. She did an excellent job making our sandwiches and wanted to the survey for her. But there is no option on there website. She deserves a raise.
Always forget to grill my sub on online order and when i takeout I remind them they still don’t make it properly
Vegetarian options: Absolutely recommend for veg people. Lots to try.
