Would offer zero stars if I could. PRE ordered my family's subs and I arrive 5 mins after pick up time, and it's not even made nor started!Made excuses of being busy but what's the point of pre ordering if you cannot make the pick up time.Asked for refund as the man who was making subs was told I was here foe a pre-order and he kept asking people in line for what they wanted and ignored the fact I arrived to pick up my order.I asked for refund and the girl said I don't know how. Told her to ask someone. Took 15 mins for my order yo cancel and refund (hopefully). Terrible service.

The guy who took my order this Wednesday afternoon was disrectpectful and rude. I was the only customer that time but he was jokingly saying rude things and mumbling with disrespect and attitude when I was saying my order... When I asked for the manager to address this concern, he said "the manager will be here tomorrow".

Ordered my families subs through the app to ensure delivery as I do not drive...when the order was delivered it was missing a whole sub. Once again, I cannot drive to pick up. The ONLY 'fix' was to call a different store and explain the situation and they make me the sub, add in a free one and I have to pick up!! My son now has no dinner, and the NEW employee who is alone cannot even offer a refund. EDITED TO ADD that when everyone opened up their subs one had the wrong bread, one had tomato and pickle when it shouldn't, and another had the wrong cheese.....so this was a much worse experience than originally thought!

Horrible hours. Who closes at 7pm on main Street?? People who don't like making money? Subway is my favourite fast food, but I can never have it because they're only open while I'm at work. Oh how I miss the days of stores being open past 10pm

Got a 6" with extra meat and cheese not toasted he heated the meat but it still was cold and when I had asked for just a little extra sauce he started going nuts on it
